Estimators were polite and thorough and made good suggestions. Workers were neat and helpful.

They arrived when expected, they went about their business promptly , they were thorough, and the result is very nice.

This was my first major project I have contracted out, and I must say that everything people said on this website about All American Hardwood is absolutely right! Landen and his company did a fantastic job at doing some extensive repairs and refinishing my 60+ year old original hardwood floors! His crew worked while I was not there; they respected my home, were clean, and obviously did quality work. Landen was always a phone call away... to keep me posted on the status of the project and to answer any questions I had. Also important is the fact they started the project exactly the day as originally quoted, and they finished on exactly the day as originally quoted. Overall, I am very pleased with the dollar amount I spent, with their professionalism, quality of work, and final product!! Thanks again Landen.

Landen and company came in and completely fixed a terrible installation from a contractor who did not know what they were doing. In the end, out floors looked more beautiful than you could imagine, and on top of that, they were able to get the job done by Thanksgiving so we could get moved into our house earlier than expected.

Finished floors were acceptable. Many nail heads were exposed and some missed when recessing them. On site arrival not as communicated on subsequent days. No contact or final inspection after completion to address any questions or issues.

I wish I had done this sooner. My floors hadn't been refinished since the house was built 60+ years ago. This company worked with my schedule so this could be done while I was out of town. I came back to a beautiful floor at less than half the price I had anticipated. Highly recommend this company

Perfect job done on time with no breaks

I am very pleased with the refinishing job they did on my floor. The floor has been finished for over a month. It looks excellent. Mr. Stakelin worked with me to expedite the job, which I greatly appreciated. His price was very competitive. He and his crew were professional and courteous and obviously had the experience necessary to complete all work to my satisfaction. My prejob investigation led me to believe the PoloPlaz polyurethane which they recommended and used for the project is excellent. It certainly looks good at this point.

he finished the work in two weeks and was very professional. I have waited on other companies to do what it took him a day and half to do for two years and they didn't do it. So when he finished i was very happy. He touched base with me on every step to make sure that i was happy with it. I would recomend him to everyone and keep his card for the future when i need him for my clients.

Extremely professional, punctual, personable. Landon and his assistant Corey were unfailingly gracious. They were also fully capable of solving problems in creative ways in our old money pit. The results are flawless! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering bamboo or hardwood installation. We will most definitely be using them again when we replace the flooring upstairs. These are men of integrity and ability. Have confidence in this team! Must mention they completed demo, removal of old flooring, installation of underlayment, problem solving and installation of bamboo in two large rooms in less than two days!

Great customer service at first but when the company showed up to the project they had some other guy in charge. The owner was out of town and only email me when the job was done. I wrote him back about my concerns on how the folks he has working for him were hardly on time and it took a week to finish a small job. I think for the money and the end results were the reason I gave them 4 stars because I feel they can fix the customer service portion. I would have them do a job for me again.
