The Phillips Waterproofing People were top notch. The salesman Dillion provided me a very specific bid showing the entire scope of work to be completed. I made the decision to add some insulation after the project had been started and they fully insulated my crawl space at what I thought was a very fair price. I am a real estate agent and Broker and would certainly recommend the Phillips Waterproofing company to future clients and will of course use them again myself should the need arises. Finished driveway and was most reasonable priced

Great team of people, willing to answer all my questions and explain the work they were doing. The owner was on-site several times, looking over the work. We got a lot of work done for what we paid, and we had gotten several estimates. Very pleased!

The workers were wonderful, they did the job in a timely manner and listened to our concerns and addressed them. We would highly recommend them they were very professional. If the need arose again we would definitely rehire them.

Kevin and his crew did a great job They came in did the survey and knew exactly what was wrong not only that but they went ahead and price matched and then beat the price of the other two companies that I had to give me an estimate not only that but I needed to get the job done quickly and they rearrange their scheduled to start the job the next day I really appreciate the way this companies stepped up and the team was great and made sure they cleaned up the area when done I would highly recommend this company for all your crawl space or Foundation needs

It had been raining a lot in the month of March and Phillips Waterproofing finally got a day to fix our problem, but they did not get here until around 10 oâ clock. They were almost down except for cleaning up and it started raining. They got plastic to cover the concrete and said they would be back to finish the job. I have called at least 5 times and have been told they would come this week, next week and as of April 16 they still are not here! Next time I would reserve a retainer fee until all the work get completed!

Our basement was leaking water. We called several waterproofing companies. Many of them had over a month to even get a quote. We called Phillips and they came the same day gave us a very reasonable quote. Came out and completed it very quickly. They were very polite and did great work. Our basement has not leaked since! Got it done in June/July 2019 and has not leaked to this date (November 2019)

They done a great job and the fact they took pictures of before and after was a plus. When you have work done under you house it is nice to see results without having to crawl under and check. The owner Kevin came and gave us an estimate with three options on leveling and stabilizing our 120 year old year old foundation. The workers were first class in every way, did what they said they were going to do. I would and have recommended them to everybody.

Project has been on-going for months. Majority of the project is complete (sideway & driveway) and looks fantastic. Unfortunately, the section of my house that prompted the project has not been completed and I keep being told we'll be back next week to finish & and then hear nothing back until I reach out to them. They have came back to finish up, but you can tell they rushed it: screening is not securely in place & looks ripped, damaged concrete replacement, stucco not complete, drainage that was put is in some places is partially buried an not capped off, dirt was thrown up against the house to count as "water proofing". Was told "we'll come back next week"........ again. This was weeks ago and there has been no further communication.

I would highly recommend, they did an excellent job, and when they determined that the concrete mixture was of a poor quality, they dug up what was poured and repoured the next day with a new batch, at no additional cost to me. I would use them again.

My project manager, Bill, did an excellent job. He was always available for questions, very professional and after the walkthrough made sure a small group came back to clean up some additional bits and pieces because he was a perfectionist and understood the importance of customer satisfaction. The bulk of the work was done in 2.5 days and it was a big job. I appreciated them not taking weeks and causing too much disruption.
