Onthewall TV install did a fantastic job. They were prompt, courteous and charged what they said they would. They ran the cables in the wall perfectly and gave us some good tips to save money. Will definitely use again.

I communicated with Mike regarding the mounting of a 70 inch TV on a wall. He quoted a price with no problem. He called prior to coming to the house to confirm the appt (though I had confirmed it the day before). Once it was confirmed, he came out to mount the TV which he did with no problem, vacuumed after the work was complete. He also hooked up a sound bar and wireless subwoofer for me and stayed to make sure it was working properly. At first there was trouble hearing sound from the soundbar, but Mike took the time to troubleshoot before leaving to make sure it was working. I'd use them again and would recommend them to others to use as well.

All in all a positive experience. I would have his company in my home again.

We had a very good experience overall. Our appointment was initially mis-scheduled by Mike, but he was able to come the next day when my husband was able to be at home. Everything was installed properly and quickly. He was very courteous and professional and tidied up when he was done. We would definitely use this company's services again! I would suggest verifying your appointment the day before - I think these guys stay really busy!

Mike was very responsive from the first phone call, and was flexible in scheduling his time into our busy schedule. Mike showed up on time (actually a little early), did a professional job in coordination with TW cable who was here at the same time. Made our system work, and made our lives easier. Great job, highly recommended.

Mike came and immediately got to work on the job. Explained exactly what he was going to do and performed the task quickly and efficiently. He even got on the wall like Spiderman and pulled on the mount to demonstrate just how strong and sturdy it was. Mike left no mess behind, and even looked at television that my husband was hooking up as we had just moved to see if he had everything hooked up correctly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that is looking to have this type of service performed. Definitely an A++

He did a great job. He even recommended not re-running a few of the wires where the previous wire was still in place to save me some extra money. It took him a while to get a few of the wires run properly due to difficulties getting the wires through the floor and into my basement, but he was very good about figuring out how to get it done. After running the wires, he handled putting up the speakers in a great way and treated my home like his own. After the work was done he cleaned up the mess from drilling the walls and left everything in great shape. Would absolutely use him again and recommend him to anybody. Don't overpay with some of the other professional audio stores - this guy does as good of a job if not better, and the price is impossible to beat for the quality work he does.

Mike was very professional and friendly during the job. He traced a non-working power outlet, found the problem, fixed it and connected the TV. He removed a large mirror mounted on the wall -- a real trick -- but he managed to get it down in one piece. I was worried about the masonry wall (concrete block covered with plaster) that it was to be mounted on. Mike handled it with no problem. I was very impressed with his knowledge and determination to do the best job possible. He took just under 2 hours and cleaned up afterward. After calling Mike we scheduled an appointment for the upcoming Saturday for mounting some wall mounted shelves and a new 65" plasma TV. I had all the wires, mount and equipment already. The appointment was to be within a two hour window. about 45 minutes prior Mike called me to tell me he was running late and was taking longer on the previous job but should be there a little after the two hour window. I agreed. I waited all day into the evening without another call or a response to my 2 messages. The next day he did respond, apologized and we scheduled another appointment a few days later.Mike showed up early, took a look at the job and gave me a price. After agreeing he went right to work and knocked it out in a couple of hours. The work he did was top notch. clean, neat and creative. The only criticism I would have of Mike was that he was so fast that there were a few things I would have like to have been discussed with me before starting. Specifically the option to do something a little different even if I had paid more (move an existing wall speaker instead of lowering the position and partially covering a wall plate). I am very happy with the install but that wall plate that is partially covered by the shelve will drive me crazy every time I watch a movie!!!. This would have made me happier and improved the review to all A's if I had been given the choice. I would recommend him again with not a second thought and will use Mike again myself.

Mike was very responsive and was able to get us on the schedule in a few days after we inquired about the service installation. On the scheduled date of installation, Mike keep us updated on how his schedule was going so we would know when to expect him. He was very nice, personable and knowledgeable. He offered a great alternative to having to cut multiple holes in the wall to for the in the wall wire install. Great work, friendly service and we would definitely use them again!!

Everything went very well. We contacted him yesterday and he had an early morning opening today. Mike arrived on time and called a little before he got to our house. He looked over the job and explained what he needed to do to mount the TV. He quickly got working and ran the cables into the wall, using a spot between the rocks, and out in a nearby cabinet. Placed mounting fixture on wall and tested it by putting all his weight on it. He mounted a cable for a blue ray player to be added later. All we will have to do is plug the blue ray player into the socket and it will be ready to go! He is very courteous and efficient. He vacuums up all dust made (which was just a little bit). My husband is purchasing a remote on line for our receiver and he told us to contact him by phone if we had any problems with it. We will diffinitely us again if need this type of service.

First I spoke with Mike the son directly and he said he would get back to me after checking the schedule. He never did. I figured people get busy, maybe he lost the number. Two weeks later I call again - we set up an appointment for Thursday at 1:00. At 1:20 on Thursday, Mike calls and says they are running late and his father Mike will be doing the job. Father is finishing up a job and will call me soon to let me know when he can be here. A few minutes later father calls to see when I'd like him to come, I say as soon as possible, my appointment was at 1. He says he doesn't know why Mike would say that because there is no way he can be here for at least 2 hours. I explain that was my original appointment time and we need to reschedule. We reschedule for Monday at 1:00. At 1:45 I call Mike and remind him of our 1:00 appointment, he says "Oh, I forgot all about that, I can be there at 4:30". I say "nevermind". I am dissapointed because they had good reviews and I like to use small local businesses.

I called Mike on Thursday 8/11/11 and he was the only person to fully answer my questions about mounting a TV and what his package included. He was the only person who was open until 9pm - which is so awesome! He was a little late on Friday but that's ok because both my husband and I were at home and we had other errands to run on that day. He came in and mounted the TV within 2 hours and gave us a great discount thanks to Angie's List! Call Mike if you live in the Cincinnati/Dayton area - he's great!

Mike installed my new Plasma TV over my fireplace. For $329 + tax, I got a wall mount, 2 HDMI cables, power bridge and installation. Not cheap, but a lot involved and would have taken me all day. Initially he didn't think he could hide my wires, due to plaster over brick. He put a small piece of plastic wire cover over the wires and put them through my mantle. Relocated my cable outlet. Nice guy, good work. Only complaint would be that the only way he takes credit cards it through PayPal which was going to cost an additional $30-$40. I typically don't write checks or use cash and would have preferred to use my card. All in all a small bump. Thanks

i thought this company was great. They called us back within a day and they came out to our house within a couple of days. They were knowledgable, fast and cleaned up after themselves.

We have looked at the Angie's list to select this company for the service required. The person who performed the service is a good professional - like a mountain climber, he holds the fixture mounted on the wall and uses his own weight to test it. At the end of his work, the TV is mounted on the wall with all cables hidden in the wall. He then vacuumed the floor area to pick-up any dust. He also provided us some guidance on how we could save on purchasing ancillaries that often cost a lot more than the TV these days. Hope the firm continues to provide such good services .

No problems what so ever he was fast professional and cleaned up the mess he dismantled all he equipment and re installed it all very very happy and a great price . I would use this company again. Thanks Mike job well done. a happy customer.

On the Wall TV Installs is made up of a father-son team (Mike Sr. and Mike Jr.). I found it online. Within 48 hours of Mike being contacted via the website, he called me to find out more about the job. Mike made some recommendations and quoted prices on the phone. He was very helpful in deciding what type of installation would be best for me and didn't push one service over another. He offered "surprise" or holiday rush services, in case I wanted to surprise my wife by having the TV installed while she was out. The next week, Mike called to follow up. He had a job coming up in the area and said he would be happy to stop by and look at the setup, and possibly install if I was interested. We set up a time to meet, and he called 30 minutes before they arrived to let me know when they would be arriving. Mike and Mike wore shoe covers from the moment they entered the house, and put down drop cloths around the work area. They were both very professional and polite. I had purchased a coaxial cable, but Mike Jr. reused a cable from the old setup to save me money, so I was able to return the cable I had purchased. The installation took about an hour, and they gave me a demo of the new setup once they were finished. Before they left, they also vacuumed the area to remove any drywall dust that had missed the drop cloths.
