Description of Work: I purchased a $89 deal for Six Hours of Housecleaning. They were very responsive in receiving my rush request.

Description of Work: The girl cleaning the house was talking on the phone the entire time and cleaning one handed.

Description of Work: they cleaned my house but it was a very basic cleaning. There was a lot of things she wasn't allowed to do per her employer.

Description of Work: No hard feelings, but did not use the service and just talked to the owner of the company and she requested I contact Angie's List for my full refund. How does this work? It's 6 months old--the service arrangement. She's moved onto another facet of her business and the employee she was using is not available and I'm no longer interested, so everything is fine between us, just need my money refunded to my credit card. Description of Work: Through no fault of Confusion Solution, I was not able to use this service because the wrong service area was listed on the deal. I was greatly disappointed to have not been able to hire them.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal but was informed by Confusion Solution that Angie's List sold them in the San Fernando Valley by mistake. They didn't work there. They returned my money.

Description of Work: Cleaned kitchen and bathrooms, dusted and scrubbed floors.

Description of Work: They took care of cleaning the kitchen, top to bottom. There were no issues with scheduling. I wish I had given them more specific instructions such as where to clean and where to put things back.

Description of Work: The woman who came to clean the house did not seem to have much experience. I thought I was hiring a professional house cleaner. This was just some lady trying to make some extra money for Christmas. She did a poor job (did not clean in the corners, for example). She did make an effort and stayed the agreed upon hours. I would have been very unhappy if I had paid the regular price. There was no follow up.

Description of Work: What did they NOT do? 5 hours of cleaning time, 3 hours worth of accomplishment. Entire first floor not touched; on the 2nd floor that was "cleaned," no vacuuming, 3 of 5 trash cans not emptied, one room not entered, cleaning person was planning to wash the actual duvet insert with the duvet cover (then never washed anything), etc. When we had :40 remaining, I suggested she stop and just vacuum the first floor in the remaining time. In that time, she vacuumed one rug (and not very well.) To her credit, she offered to return. However, since I'm fairly certain the cleaning person was not a professional cleaner and even more certain that Cleaning Solution does not vet its employees, I'd rather do no more business with this shady operation.

Description of Work: She was GREAT!! Melissa came in and got started in the room I wanted organized and suggested what should be done, in what order, and how it would be most easily done. Then we both started in on emptying the space and going thru everything. She set up boxes for save, donate, toss and garage sale, then we both went thru everything. I am having her come back for other rooms in the house and the garage too. She will be a fixture for me for quite some time. Oh yes, and my sister wants her too!
