Ron Hutchins and his design and construction staff are very attentive and responsive. Delays with tile supplier and glass shower walls & door supplier were beyond his control. Everything completed to my satisfaction.

Contract was signed in January and work began in mid-March. They estimated the work would take about 2 months. Workers came at 8:00 each morning and worked until 4:00. Mark and Dennis were great! Showcase was also terrific and adaptable as my husband and I kept adding things or changing our minds. Job would have been completed on schedule except for unforeseen occurrence. The tile installer was injured and Showcase had to hire someone else. He worked alone (versus the team of the other installer) and took longer to do the job. To make matters worse, he convinced me that I should add tile on another wall (which was good advice aesthetically, but led to another delay). Although the tile was a "stock" item at a local tile company, the marble "trim" was not, and it had to be ordered -- from Italy! Then, thanks to increased security, etc., it was held up (and held up. . .) in customs. These delays, plus some extra painting we had done, extended the job by about 3 weeks.

Ron's crew did a great job. Originally hired just to replace two leaking windows in a dining room, they found the leaking had resulted in rotten plywood around and below the windows. In addition, they had to replace cedar siding around the entire area. They kept me informed of the progress; the work took place over a week while I was traveling. Very dependable and trustworthy.

They are very professional, thorough and they involve me. They work very steady. They are polite and considerate, they are wonderful.

Bob from Showcase remodeling called immediately and set up an appointment to discuss what I wanted done. He was very thorough and came back a week later with the plans along with the owner of Showcase Remodeling. They were once again thorough in going over the plans in detail and I was impressed with the fact that they obviously would do a quality job. I have not yet decided to go with the project yet, but it is just because it was more than I wanted to spend at this time.

WORK ESTIMATE WAS PREPARED IN DETAIL. WORK WAS STARTED ON TIME AND FINISHED PROMPTLY. WORKERS WERE VERY COMPETENT, WORK AREA WAS KEPT CLEAN AS WORK PROGRESSED. GREAT JOB.

THEY WORKED FOR OVER 2 MONTHS ON DETAIL PLANS, THROUGH SEVERAL REVISIONS, AND KEPT US IN RANGE OF OUR BUDGET. THEIR ABILITY TO ADD ONTO THE REAR OF THE HOUSE CREATING A 36 FOOT OPEN SPACE WITHOUT SUPPORT POSTS WAS A SIGNIFICANT PLUS OVER COMPETITORS. THE RESULT WAS A WELL THOUGHT OUT DESIGN THAT REQUIRED LITTLE CHANGE. THE CONSTRUCTION TOOK JUST OVER 4 MONTHS; AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. THEY ACCOMMODATED US DURING CONSTRUCTION BY RELOCATING APPLIANCES. THEY WERE AT THE SITE DAILY, ARRIVING AND LEAVING PROMPTLY. EACH DAY THEY SWEPT THE WORK AREA TO MINIMIZE CONSTRUCTION DUST. THE FEW OCCASIONS WHERE WE HAD ISSUES WITH WORKMANSHIP, THEY RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO OUR SATISFACTION. THE FEW CHANGES TO THE ORIGINAL PLAN WERE ALSO DEALT WITH TO OUR SATISFACTION. OVERALL WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT. WE ARE PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE FINISHED PROJECT, AND OUR EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH THE OWNERS, CREW AND SUBCONTRACTORS.
