Description of Work: I've been going to Lexus Rivercenter to buy cars and also to get our cars serviced and have had mostly a great experience. I was really impressed when I bought my care 3 years ago. I was in my early 20s and dressed horrible in clothes to work in my yard. I looked as if I had no business being there, but the sales person approached me and was very helpful. I went back a few weeks later and bought the car from him for a fair price! We additionally went back 3 years later and bought another car, so we use the service department to keep up both of our vehicles. Additionally the service is great. Everyone is helpful, they are eager to fix any problem, and I always can make an appointment quickly. They offer rental cars or someone can drive you to a nearby location. Overall my experience has been really good ,but in general Lexus cars are expensive to service.
