Lexus Rivercenter

They were excellent, They stayed over to finish my deal, moved all the stuff from my old car to the new one, and they were great. They did not pressure me in any way and they listened to what I was looking for and the price range I wanted. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely buy from them again.

Excellent service

Their showroom is so clean and they provide snacks for you while you are waiting as well as television and the New York Times. It is just very comfortable and a very easy going setting. They don't high pressure you when you walk around the showroom to look at other cars. Everybody talks to you and provides you with more information about their product. It is just a very nice experience.

It was a good price. We are always pleased with them. We've used them for the past 15 years, we've had two Lexus's.

Horribly. I became so disgusted with Lexus Rivercenter's lack of professionalism that I turned my car into Performance Lexus Kings Auto Mall. When Rivercenter thought they were going to have me return my car to them they were as communicative as could be, in fact to the point of being bothersome. Lisa Bernstein even wrote me a hand-written note saying she was interested in buying the car back and would make me, and I quote, "an aggressive" offer. Then after I sent e-mails to Lisa along with numerous other managers who were on my distribution list with an alternate proposal, all communication dried up. No one would get back to me. If I had it to do all over again, I would go straight to Kings Auto Mall. Buyer beware with Rivercenter.

They seem to do a fairly good job. I used to try to do this stuff myself, but it just didn?t work out. They just do a good job. With regard to price, it's a Lexus, so it's high.

Jamie Jamison (sp?) is the worst. He doesn't listen, he's a chip off Lisa Bernstein's block (head), and I will never have my intelligence insulted again by the likes of Lexus Rivercenter's flunkies. If you want to be taken over the coals, pay a lot for a very average car and have sales people think they're dealing with ignorant people, then go to Lexus Rivercenter. Next time it's back to European cars for me.

They're just fine. They don't pressure you or anything if you don't want to do what they are asking to do. They kind of tell you what they suggest and if you said no, they'd leave you alone. It's an affordable oil change, too.

I am extremely pleased with them. Their price seem to be competitive. They are professional. We have got off to a little bit of rocky start the salesman had made an error in what he had told me, but I work with the general manager down there and she was very quick to resolve the issues and she was very fair about it. She got to the bottom of it and took care of the problem and gave me option to back out of the deal and then even gave me free service. As far as I am concerned any company when things are good can roll along real well you only know what kind of company you are dealing with when there is a problem.

Simply leased a vehicle from Lexus Rivercenter when I felt my local Lexus dealer was giving me a goofy price on a new lease. My reviews are short when there aren't many / any complaints as is this one...

I really like it down there. They go out of their way to really take good care of their customers. The general manager of the dealership gave me her cell phone and said "Call me if you have any problems." They stand behind their product, and treat their customers like gold.

They did an excellent job. The mechanics are good, the people who work in the office are great, the entire place is first rate and courteous above all.

They do a good job of taking care of the car. They clean the car for you when they return it. They are timely about getting your car in and out.

They were very professional and their dealership is laid out very well. It makes your car buying experience great and everything went very smoothly.

The dealership is very comfortable and clean. Amenities such as TV, drinks, and snacks are available in their waiting area. Work was completed quickly and professionally. My car was washed and cleaned out too.

They have been very good to me, they fixed everything promptly, didn't over charge me and took very good care of me. They even provided me with transportation.
