They were excellent, They stayed over to finish my deal, moved all the stuff from my old car to the new one, and they were great. They did not pressure me in any way and they listened to what I was looking for and the price range I wanted. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely buy from them again.

Their showroom is so clean and they provide snacks for you while you are waiting as well as television and the New York Times. It is just very comfortable and a very easy going setting. They don't high pressure you when you walk around the showroom to look at other cars. Everybody talks to you and provides you with more information about their product. It is just a very nice experience.

They seem to do a fairly good job. I used to try to do this stuff myself, but it just didn?t work out. They just do a good job. With regard to price, it's a Lexus, so it's high.

Jamie Jamison (sp?) is the worst. He doesn't listen, he's a chip off Lisa Bernstein's block (head), and I will never have my intelligence insulted again by the likes of Lexus Rivercenter's flunkies. If you want to be taken over the coals, pay a lot for a very average car and have sales people think they're dealing with ignorant people, then go to Lexus Rivercenter. Next time it's back to European cars for me.

They're just fine. They don't pressure you or anything if you don't want to do what they are asking to do. They kind of tell you what they suggest and if you said no, they'd leave you alone. It's an affordable oil change, too.

I am extremely pleased with them. Their price seem to be competitive. They are professional. We have got off to a little bit of rocky start the salesman had made an error in what he had told me, but I work with the general manager down there and she was very quick to resolve the issues and she was very fair about it. She got to the bottom of it and took care of the problem and gave me option to back out of the deal and then even gave me free service. As far as I am concerned any company when things are good can roll along real well you only know what kind of company you are dealing with when there is a problem.

I really like it down there. They go out of their way to really take good care of their customers. The general manager of the dealership gave me her cell phone and said "Call me if you have any problems." They stand behind their product, and treat their customers like gold.
