Description of Work: The carpet was really bad so they used alot of product. They did not get all the product out of carpet and had to come back. I called and they did come back with no issues. They cared if I was happy or not. They also called after the first time to make sure they met my needs.

Description of Work: Pickup , clean love seat, retuned. This had pet urine on skirt I didn't think anyone could get that out, I had tried many OTC's and nothing worked. This was the last chance - I would have had to trash this beautiful tapestry expensive love seat. Came out like new. |

Description of Work: Chem Dry carpet cleaning did a fine job but missed a few spots. The cleaning person returned and fixed those spots and I was satisfied.

Description of Work: I purchased the pet urine treatment. They sprayed spots where the black light showed my dog had sprinkled. There were no real puddles though and there wasn't a lot they could do. I suppose it would work a lot better if my dog were actually going in the house rather than just excited sprinkles.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet--600 sq. ft. It snowed that day so he was a little late because of the roads. He was courteous and went right to work. He finished the job in a timely manner. The carpet looked alot better after it was completely dry. We will use this company again. | |

Description of Work: Called and showed up early. Went right to work after giving me the quote. Finished up early and did a wonderful job. Very good experience.

Description of Work: Aside from the technicians coming very late in the service window, causing me to alter my plans for the evening, I was very satisfied with the attention to detail, with the appearance of the carpet when first cleaned, with the drying time as advertised, and with the appearance of the carpet after a day or two. The agents were asked to clean my "walkways", a small hall and a small bathroom. They completed it within the time specified and were pleasant in both appearance and manner.
