From Cody Barbe, Wes and all of the other crew members the work was excellent. A very professional crew that respected our home while they were in there for the entire day. No mess was left and the work was very professional. When talking to the installers they were very friendly and listened to my concerns and asked many time if we were satisfied with the different installtion sections done on the project.

Because of the weather this past year, it took them longer to put the windows in than it should.  We did approximately 1/2 of the windows in the summer, 2013, and 6 months later we did the other half which put us in February, 2014.  We are so pleased with the windows.  Our house was built in 1970 and the windows were old and drafty.  Our house has been warmer and less breezy, comfortable and easier to keep heated and cooled.  We are very pleased with the windows.  I thought the price was a little on the high side but we are still happy with the windows and would do it again.

Time frame estimates provided for delivery and installation were accurate. Windows appear to be of excellent quality and fit without modification. Work was of excellent quality and carefully done. Installers were very friendly, courteous, and respectful. Their work was done neatly, and they cleaned up afterward. Installation was completed in one day.

The estimator brought samples of their products and spent plenty of time going over the possibilities available.  He respected our desire to keep the cost in  line with our budget and didn't make  us feel like cheapoos.  We are retiered people and this is a chunk of money out of our income.
When the installers came, they went right to work, did it very efficently, and even swept up after they finished.  They were careful not to crush my flowers ( there were several under the windows they replaced.)
Later, the sales manager came out and looked it all over , found a cracked piece on the outside frame of one and had it replaced for us.
I am not poitive of the date, it was last summer but the month is uncertain.

The replacement windows were installed during July and it was unusually hot but the installer worked quickly and competently.   The patio sliding door was replaced with one that needed assembling and as it was a new design the installer was not familiar with the process.  The manufacturer had not sent all the necessary parts, i.e. screen door and small plugs to block air and/or insects from entering.   We were assured the missing parts would be ordered promptly.  Numerous visits and calls to the local comany and its main office in Great Bend were made but it was not until late fall that the door was installed correctly.  We requested the original installer not return to complete the job as he failed to order the parts as he stated.  The siding installer was very skilled and did a very satisfying job .  It was frustrating to have our issues ignored for such a lengthy period regarding the patio door.

The installation crew was fabulous and literally left the house cleaner than they found it. I'd heard others say they had to live with sheetrock dust after the installation process. Not so with this crew. They tarped everything, vacuumed and dusted every night. The entire project took about one week to complete--they probably would have been finished earlier except for the weather. They were pleasant and professional and worked very hard to make sure we were completely satisfied. They showed us how to operate our new windows (may be cleaned fromt he inside) before they left. Think this was about the best experience we've had with work on our house.
