Our appointment was scheduled for a Saturday with no additional fees which was extremely helpful to us since my husband and I work. The service technician was on-time and worked quickly and efficiently. He was very friendly and explained what the repair required. He quickly solved our problem and our drain is working great! We would definitely use this company again!!!!! Thank you Mission Plumbing, Heating and Cooling!

Arrived on time and went right to work. Seemed very experienced and explained things well. I plan to use Mission from now on for our heat, air and plumbing needs!

We needed a new air conditioning unit and furnace to replace our 23 year old existing units. Chad and Steven were scheduled to come out in the morning to do the work. They were on time -- actually a little early! They did a fantastic job installing our new units. The units looked and great and worked even better! They cleaned up before they left and left everything looking great! They explained everything they did and made sure I had no questions before they left. I would HIGHLY recommend Mission Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. They were nothing but professional from start to finish. We are so glad to have a reliable and trustworthy company to work with in the future!

unit had too much Freon in it (thanks last repair guy) so it was froze up. after it thawed and he discharged some freon we had immediate cooling!!!! The service dude,Steven, was extremely polite and professional even after a wasp stung him on the hand. From the time I called until I had coolness in my house was less than 2 hours. I am totally impressewd. He did not try to sell me more than I needed or wanted, which is rare these days being on a fixed income and all. These guys get all my business from now on & if anyone asked I will be sure to refer them here.

It went great! I thought it was going to take all day finding where a leak showing up on the back of my house. Chris T. and Zach R. were able to determine quickly that it was coming from my second floor kitchen pipes. It ended up, unfortunately, being in the walls of a first floor bedroom which they promptly got a great game plan and discovered. They had to work in the worst, tiniest part of one of my goofiest walls of my home and did such a great, professional job. They saved me SO much grief I cannot tell you. Discovering what I thought was a possible problem, they were able to determine quickly where the leak was. They did such an unbelievable job correcting everything and actually were so thorough that they discovered a 2nd LEAK!!! The second one was worse that the first one! They totally thought of me doing the cosmetic repairs of the wall and were very precise and neat making the opening. I will be able to easily patch it. I now have confidence the problem is corrected. Craig did a great job creating several quotes with different system options. He was very responsive throughout the preliminary "buildout" phase and came up with a great solution for our home. Bryan, Gary, and Ryan came out to do the install. Craig visited first thing in the morning to verify the job details with myself and the installation team. I was home all day and checked up on the progress periodically. They asked my opinion on a few details, which I appreciated. They used cloth to cover the carpet and cleaned up after themselves very well (couldn't even tell they had been there). The new systems were installed efficiently and the finished setup looks great. If you're looking for a full system replacement, I would encourage you to use Mission. They did a great job from start to finish.

My experience was good. The crew that came out was good. He was very professional. He knew what he was doing. It was a single person. He had to move a washer and dryer to get at the water heater. He was recommended by a friend of my daughters. The price was reasonable. Their responsiveness was good. I called them on Monday. They said they could come the next day but I was planning something the next day. They came on Wednesday. It was good. It was a lot of better than I thought it could be. They told me when they would be here. They came at the time they said they'd be here.

I scheduled annual maintenance for my furnace. The first guy that came started the maintenance but discovered something not working. He got it to where he thought it was working but after he left we did not have heat. I called the next day and got a different guy out right away. He was fantastic he noticed that the previous guy did not install the new part quite right and he stayed until he was positive it was working. He left his card and said to call him direct if we had any other troubles. I will request him next time. Also I have a very large dog and he did not have any issues with it.

Arrived on time. Very professional and explained the new system to us. Did a follow call to correct a defective within the new air conditioner. Apologies for the defective part and work to get the part installed as soon as they could. Cleaned up the area and removed the old A/C. I would use them for other work around the home.

The reason I went with them is because I found that they were the ones who actually installed the furnace for the previous owner and so, I just thought I would stick with them. There was a package deal, if you paid like $200, I think they would do the A/C and the furnace at separate times and it's some kind of a maintenance plan or whatever and if you had any service calls and needed repairs, there are discounts for repairs if you were a member of this maintenance policy program or whatever. I would recommend them. I thought they were professional and prompt and friendly. Probably, they're more expensive than other people.

Eddie Cone is a very knowledgeable sales professional. He worked hard at putting together multiple proprosals to replace my original HVAC systems. Although I did not choose to use his company to do the work, I would recommend him to others considering such work in their homes.

Contacted Mission PHC concerning a plumbing issue with the downstairs toilet. Got an appt two days later, on a Saturday, which was nice since it was the only time I was available. The tech called that morning and wanted to come 15 minutes early, which is also fine. He was a very nice man, spent some time asking questions and attempted to diagnose the problem. Concluded it might be an obstruction in the roof vent. We went on the roof and he augured it out, didn't find anything. So then he suspects the mainline, but informs me he can't do the main line, and their main line guy is off on Saturdays. That was rather disappointing. Thankfully I had a coupon for a free service call, so it ended up only costing $45. After the tech left, I called another company and they did an outstanding job, fixed my problem, and were reasonably priced. My perception of Mission PHC is that they're not this kind of plumbing service firm. I have heard good things about them regarding HVAC, but I will not be using them again for a plumbing issue.

I was referred to Mission PHC by friends who had used their company earlier this year. Given the high price for a replacement HVAC system, I called many other companies. Although a couple had better prices, Steve was willing to offer discounts and a better warranty. They installed the unit the very next day in the middle of July! The employees were neat and clean with their names on their shirts (although I don't remember anyone introducing themself other than Steve) and the install looks very neat and professional. Time will tell how how good of quality the Lennox system is but I feel better about such a large purchase with the robust warranty Mission PHC offered. Thanks guys!

Eddie was very professional. His appearance was clean. He looked at our equipment and wrote our estimate right then. He asked questions to help get a good idea of what would work best for us. We didn't use Mission Heating and Cooling because we found someone that beat his price. But, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

This was the only company that could offer same day service!! They were prompt and quickly reviewed the issue with my old water heater. It was decided that it needed to be replaced and they could get it done the same day. We also discussed the expansion tank which was optional for my city ... but required in my city for all new construction. The repairman explained everything very well and proceeded to work. I am very pleased with the promptness, professionalism and detail to work performed.

I chose Mission because the representative asked a few questions and immediately proposed a solution after decades of repeated pipe freezes and damage. The met my demands for new plumbing and the addition of gas service. Very professional and helpful.

The crew of Mission Heating and Cooling gave us a bid that was not matched by 5 others. The salesman,Eddie was patient and explained every detail of the different Heating and Cooling systems.. When Install day arrived, Brian1 and 2 showed up and it went so smoothly. I highly recommend them for your Heating and Cooling Needs

First we had used Mission for 20 years as they installed the units when the house was built. They have been great. Then we needed to update and got 3 quotes that were all over the place so we nailed down a comparable quote and Mission was in the ball park and had a few additional features that got them the job. The installation was unobtrusive and done quickly. They came back and replaced the thermastat units to ones we liked better and when the heat didn't come on 5 months later, they came quickly and resolved the problem. I thought their price was very fair and they provided a good product.

All work has been excellent. The guys are real pros and know what they are doing. I also needed a special sump pump installed. They referred me to a good specialist rather than try to do the job themselves. I highly recommend them.

They were very good and I highly recommend them. I am renovating a 100 year old house. They came in and had to be creative with how to get vents and air to locations in the house that didn’t have that. They had great ideas and made it all work now I have the system that they built and put it too. I am very happy with it. They came up with the best idea’s that was best for us. They were really engaged and into what they were doing.

Had them come out years ago and do some other work for me and THEY called me saying it had been a while since I had my furnace checked and wondered if I needed it complete. That was a great reminder because I hadn't even thought of it but it was long overdue. They were able to come right out that day which was great. Bill checked and cleaned everything and removed a bunch of old wiring for old humidifiers we hadn't used for years. I inquired about getting a new one installed, he gave me a bid that day and we set up an appt for a couple days later. Bill completely removed the other old humidifier which was extremely poorly located to use/service and installed the new one in a much better location. All was done in a couple hours and I'm very happy with the job done and would have them come back and do any furnace/A/C work I needed!
