Description of Work: Jeff Pattison cut rotten ends off two deck support posts, added metal standoffs, and poured new concrete bases. Also replaced 1 deck board, 2 stair treads, and 5 vertical balusters. Work was excellent. Jeff was courteous and professional. |

Description of Work: Removed old deck, repaired wood siding behind old ledger board and constructed to city code 12' x 24' deck and stairs with one landing using rough and smooth cedar with pressure treated deck boards and joists. Added concrete footings to city code. Used square black metal balasters in rail system with s4s cedar rails. |Did great job. I would recommend them for any deck work
