We had 3 different bids for refinishing our floors. Alex gave us the best price, was insured, and fit out time-line for completion. He showed up when promised, finished on time, and our floors look incredible!

Install a new flooring is a big challenge for me. I am very happy that I pick up the phone and call Unique Flooring Company direct. Alex basically give me a quote over the phone, he is polite and professional. Merlin is the technician who did the job, he is on time, work diligently and efficiently. . Clean up is the best, left us a perfect clean floor, so we move the furniture back in no time on our new floor!!! I could give Merlin a 110% review, because he takes no breaks, no lunch. I highly recommend this company!

They did an incredible job sanding, staining, and refinishing our hardwood floors throughout our 1910 house. Alex also laid down new vinyl planks in our kitchen. They did an incredible job in less than a week at half the price quotes by others. 5 months later it still looks great. Go with them. They're honest and do a great job.

Alex and his team did a great job on our floors. They put a new section of floor down and blended it into our existing hardwoods. You can’t tell where the new floor begins. His crew showed up when they said they would and they completed the project in time. I was expecting a much bigger mess. They were careful to tape off my other rooms to avoid getting dust there. They cleaned up after themselves and the place looks great. It was a little difficult to get responses back in a timely manner, but the interaction was always pleasant. I have already recommended this group to others and I will use them again if the opportunity arises.

Alex matched my existing flooring and blended the wood together perfectly. You cannot visually see where the old floor ended in the new floor begins. I m truly pleased with the results. They took the time to get the color to exactly what I wanted, and were trustworthy and did a good job. As a side note, The communication could have been better, in that there were some misunderstandings, but they didn t impact their work, the team was hardworking and accommodating. The project took about 5 weeks, Which came as a bit of a surprise to me. It worked into my schedule, and didn t cause me any problems; however would recommend you lay out a schedule so you have a clear understanding upfront of the length of the project to avoid any confusion.

Alex was able to schedule the work on our hardwood floors immediately. His team started and finished the job on schedule. The only problem we had was when they sanded the floors, they damaged the vac-pan to our central vacuum. Right away Alex agreed to deduct the cost of replacing it from our bill, and it did not become an issue. Our floors look great, and I would definitely use them again.

Alex very knowledgeable about wood flooring, he suggested I keep a natural wood finish and floors are beautiful! He does not rush the process of refinishing. Unique floors had the best bid and workmanship is A+.
