Ryan did an excellent job. He refinished the old hardwoods throughout the main floor of the house and put new hardwoods in the kitchen. He was easy to get scheduled, flexible, and the floors are beautiful. Highly recommend.

We had our downstairs (entryway, Family/Livingroom, eat-in Kitchen, Master bedroom and powder-room Total 1,029 sqft laid with White Oak hardwood. Ryan Carney was helpful, informative and very professional through the entire process and this was during Covid 2020. I love my floors then and I love them still today 2024. I wish I could show pictures of my floors but I don't seem to know how to do that.

Ryan installed new hardwood floor approximately 15x30, and refinished the rest of our existing hardwood floors (approximately 3 times the size of the new floor). We wanted a slightly different color than we had had,. Ryan stained a small area with different shades so we could choose what we wanted. He communicated with us daily about what had been done, and time estimates of completion. I was initially concerned about existing trim, corners, and major appliances in the way. I am glad to say that these were not a problem for Ryan! He removed all the quarter-round, repainted it, and put it back when it was time to do so. He pulled a toilet, worked around the drain, and replaced it when the floor was completed. The corners and edges look great! The floors are fabulous. The new floor matches the older floor. You wouldnâ t know that the refinished floors were 24 years old - everything looks new! Without reservation, I can recommend Premier Hardwood Floors to anyone considering new or refinishing. This was a long process filled with unexpected events. Initially interviewed 3 companies Premier pricing fell in the middle. From the beginning I had a good feeling about Ryan. We had a large area with existing hard wood and similar size with carpet. We removed the carpet and laced in hardwood. The craftsmanship was superb. The stain went down and was exactly what we wanted. After the finish went down it looked great for a few days. Had first issue Ryan fixed the problem reapplied finish. Finish was bad from manufacturer on second application and probably first application Manufacturers rep offered no support and passed the blame on everything but his product. Ryan sanded down to bare wood and refinished with a different product. Looks and wears great. did get a lot of support from his distributor. Ryan stands behind his work and word. I will use him for any future projects and you should too. He went well above and beyond what he originally signed up for.

This was our second property that we hired Premier Hardwood floors. Ryan is thorough and detail oriented. He clearly communicates the different steps of the process to ensure a shared understanding of expectations and timelines. Our project spanned 3 bedrooms and 1 hallway and is beautiful. Ryan give me a very detailed and specific estimate, explaining all the steps, and what exactly he was going to do. He did not try to over-sell or nickel and dime anything. He arrived on time, worked diligently while we were out of the house, and did a fantastic job that exceeded my expectations. Upon completion of the job, he gave us detailed instructions on care and maintenance, including recommendations for cleaning, etc. Upon completion of the job, he put every single piece of furniture back in its original place, with an unbelievable level of meticulousness and professionalism. I do not think I will hire anybody else for any other flooring job I may have in the future.

We installed hardwood floors in our kitchen. This was an addition to a previous install Ryan did which required him to lace in new boards with the older ones. Ryan refinished a section of the old install to seamlessly blend the old with the new. The result is absolutely stunning. We just got home and stood in awe looking at our new floor! Ryan was professional from the initial discussion until the final coat of finish. He carefully explained everything to us every step of the way. Ryan recalled the finish he had used years ago and made sure of the appropriate type and color to perfectly match the old with the new. I would give six start on this app if I could. Iâ ll absolutely recommend Ryan and Premier to all of my friends and family.
