Ryan went over and above to complete a messy tedious tile tear out. The old kitchen wood floors, which were sanded, and newly installed wood floors match and are now all stained and coated to become one seamless floor. An excellent job on the whole install. Ryan was the perfect choice to refinish our hardwood floors. We had multiple estimates and not only was he one of the lower prices, but he was also extremely knowledgable and personable. I ask a lot of questions and he didn't flinch at one. He was patient and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. He is very trustworthy and goes out of his way for customer service (brought by a cleaning kit post job at no additional charge to the distributor cost) On top of all this, our floors are AMAZING! Everyone that has seen them thinks we put in brand new floors, not just refinished the troublesome old ones. Nothing bad to say!
