Ryan knocked this project out of the park. Great install, wonderful finish and top coats. Superb follow up and attention to detail.

I highly recommend Premier Hardwood flooring for quality of work, value and professionalism. Ryan added hardwood flooring in our living and dining room to match flooring we already had our kitchen and entry way. He then finished the new and existing flooring in a darker stain. Weâ re very happy with the quality and timeliness of the work performed. The new flooring blends seamlessly with the existing flooring and it all looks great. Ryan was also able to work around our schedule to do the work while we were on vacation. Thank you for an amazing job!

I was very hesitant to have my floors refinished because of all of the stories about what a big mess it was due to all of the dust. Ryan assured me that he had the equipment that really reduced the dust from sanding the floors. He was right. We are delighted with our â newâ floors! We would give him more stars than 5 if we could!

Ryan was amazing! We had a tight schedule to get the floors done so we could move in. He was able to squeeze us in and get them done and did a fabulous job. Definitely plan on using him again soon to get the second floor done.

Premier Hardwood Floors installed hardwood flooring in two of our rooms and refinished the rest of our main floor. Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. 100% positive. We did all the prep work ourselves (by choice). We left town on vacation and gave Ryan a key to our house. He sanded, stained, and put 3 coats of urethane on the floors to seal them. He did 4 bedrooms, a hallway, family room, 3 sets of stairs in our side to side split home. These are original hardwood floors in our 50 year old + home and he restored them beautifully. There was a lot of spilled paint on the floors, and Ryan sanded all of it off. We highly recommend Premier Hardwood Floors and Ryan Carney. We trust him with restoring our floors and we trust him with a key to our house!

We hired Ryan to install wood floors in our great room, office and den and refinish the floors in other areas. He does BEAUTIFUL work. We are so pleased and recommend him highly.

I own a very old home, built in 1967. Bought the house from someone who flipped it. He put carpet over all of the hardwood floors. We were able to find pictures online of what the hardwood floors look like and there were a lot of stains. Then when we removed the carpet we saw that the floors were in really rough shape. We trusted Ryan and what he was doing, and in his opinions. We went with a really dark stain, a covered up all the imperfections in the floor. It looks great. The only issue that we had is that the bathrooms we needed to use were down the hallway that he refinished, Ryan communicated with us very well on when we could use the floors or anything like that. Everything turned out great

We had such an amazing experience with Premier Hardwood Floors! First of all, Ryan s quote was by far the best price we got. Second, Ryan had an opening and was able to get us in right away. We had listed our house for sale previously with no luck for 90 days because of the condition of our hardwood floors. We relisted our house after he finished and had 5 offers the very first day! Everyone that came through raved about the hardwoods. They look amazing. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work. Ryan was excellent to work with. He was easy to work with from the beginning, was very responsive, and worked with us on a quote to fit our needs. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained the entire process to us from the beginning. Once he started, his tools allow the process to stay extremely clean, no need to cover cabinets and our project was dust free. Ryan also spent time helping us choose a color. We were lost in this process, and Ryan took the time to paint options on the floor directly for us to view, and suggested combination colors that worked out perfectly for our room. We were very happy with the end color, and everything was done on time and done well. Ryan spent a lot of time to make sure our floors were perfect, and didn't stop until they were. We will definitely use Premier Hardwood again in the future.

Ryan does the labor himself, which is rare to find. He is friendly, professional and does quality to work.

Ryan was absolutely fantastic to work with. He redid floors on a new home purchase. Ryan was not only patient but very understanding in jumping through a few initial hoops that were required due to the home purchase process. Ryan was up front and honest about cost and project timeline. Once we got to the job Ryan communicated well throughout the entire job. The floors were in very bad shape and took him 2 extra days to sand down; in addition the rainy weather also affected the timeline for the stains to cure which again delayed finishing the project slightly (NONE of this was Ryan's fault!). Ryan used his expertise to assist in picking the floor color (he was willing to do whatever we wanted but we wanted his opinion based upon his expertise). Through all of this Ryan wanted to make sure that not only did we know what was going on with our floors but that we were completely satisfied with the end result. We both completely agreed that it was well worth the extra time to make sure the floors were done right so that in the long run we would be happy with the job...(I mean refinishing hardwood floors is not the cheapest of projects so if you are going to do it it better be right!!) The floors came out beautiful; above and beyond expectation! I could not give a higher or more heartfelt recommendation of Ryan and his work. Absolutely fantastic!! Highly Recommended!
