Premier Hardwood Floors

Ryan was the only one out of 3 interviews who said he had to take off the quarter rounds or they would be scratched up upon sanding. He was also the only one who knew his sealants. My original floors were done in a white sandstone color. Ryan had to keep resanding to keep the old color from bleeding through. My floors look beautiful and was so happy with the professional job performed by Premier Hardwood floors. I would use Ryan again if need be and would recommend him to anyone.

We have a 70+ year old home with floors that had been refinished poorly a couple of times. Ryan with Premiere did a fabulous job, and we finally have floors we happily show off!

During the estimate process, Ryan was very thorough in looking at our project and discussing with us each section that was a little unusual. As an example, it was important to be especially careful where our kitchen cabinet toekicks (cherry) meet the floor. In the end, he hand scraped these areas to protect the wood. During the actual work, a few unusual circumstances occurred. He called us right away and discussed options. His communication was excellent and his work is very pleasing to us.

He had an estimate for the work. He was a day late in the project, but that was do to the drying of the work. It was the only thing did not go as well. He is very trustworthy, gave he the key for the last day.
