Mission Mortgage of Kansas City

I don't have a comparison experience but from some of the horror stories I've heard from my friends this process went really smooth and we were able to close on time. Even with it being right smack around the Christmas holidays. Sam is super nice and although I would have preferred more explanation of documents up front - there was not a question that he didn't answer. I was a first timer so you know I had a lot of questions. He even offered to come by to pick up documents. Dani was super patient and sweet to me even when I was a sick crabby bear. :) I'd say the rates/fees were fairly competitive for the service you receive. If you are worried about delays- I'd definitely bet $ on Sam and his team getting you through a swift and timely process.

Sam and his team at Mission Mortgage are the most capable, professional and responsive mortgage brokers I have ever worked with.  From the first call to closing, I always felt like Sam and his team were keeping my loan as a high priority and were absolutely responsive throughout the process.  I would provide my highest recommendation for them and will definitely be using  them in the future for all of my mortgage needs.

Sam was phenomenal to work with and I would highly recommend him to any homebuyer. He knows the ins and outs of home buying, new home buying, FHA? he walked me through EVERYTHING and made sure I was making the right choices. Always available to answer our questions and kept us well informed on how the process was proceeding. We dealt with Sam Rosenberg who is vice president of operations. He was very friendly and was even willing to meet with us at our home not just at their office. He also came to our closing in case we would have any questions. We would not hesitate to use Mission Mortgage again or to reccommend them to anyone!

Mission mortgage treated us very well. Mr. Rosenberg was attentive and professional. The whole process went smoothly and without much effort on my part. I began the process by speaking to them about my options. After filling out a short form, they locked in a good interest rate.
I had spoken to a few other people about getting a 15 year loan and Mission Mortgage told me what I needed to do to get it done. I had people tell me that I was very close to not qualifying based on my debt to income ratio. Mission Mortgage was able to set up a payoff out of the home loan to a interest free credit line that was hurting my debt to income ratio. (Something that others had not even brought up as an option.)
In addition, we set up closing date where I was able to skip 2 months of mortgage payments, so I could use that money on a few home improvement projects. Mission mortgage was able to schedule a closing at my home after work, which was very convenient.
Overall, my mortgage payment only went up a few hundred dollars and I will be saving in excess of a hundred thousand in interest payments over the life of my loan. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to refinance or those seeking a new home loan.
