Interiors Nouveau

I made an appointment with Lisa several weeks in advance and when the time came to meet she never showed up. She did call me several days later and apologized and said she would provide the consultation for free. We set another appointment for the following Monday and she showed up and was on time. I offered to split her fee and pay her something for her time, she refused and told me she would not take it because it was her fault. We spent about 1 1/2 hours going over the project, picking colors, talking about the do's and don't of the project and the whole time she took notes. Said she would email the notes to me along with all the color choices and color numbers. I waited a couple weeks and never heard from her so emailed her to ask for the notes (colors) we choose. She replied and said that she would get them right over to me. Never heard from her. Followed up again about a week later but she never responded. Followed up a third time one week later and she never responded. What a waste of time for the both of us.

I paid $150.00 for a consultation which includes paint samples and design notes. During the consultation she told me it would take her a few days to email the design notes over. It has been 7 weeks since I paid for her service and still no paint samples or design notes. She has told me on 4 separate occasions (via telephone and emails) she would send over the notes by the close of business and she has not done so. She was supposed to order paint samples from a large paint retailer and has not done so. She is now ignoring my emails and phone calls. Today, I asked for a refund seeing she has not provided a product and still no response. I would not recommend her or the business she runs out of her residence which is unfortunate because I think she has the ability to be a good interior designer. Highly disappointed by the her lack of professionalism and failure to produce the product agreed upon.
