Excellent service and design!

Collaboration on design was very good; Liz and Bev are very good listeners, paying attention to preferences and constraints, but also creative and put ideas and plants on the table we had not thought of. The project was completed on time and on budget, and they have been responsive to follow up conversations and planning for further work. Prior comments on Angie's List noted lack of communication; we found no problem with that, especially when using cell phone numbers and email. They may not reply in 24 hours, but they respond extremely well to ideas and inquiries. We are planning to engage them again for more design and installation work.

Their estimate was almost double the price of others, but I expected more expert work out of this company. Some services I had been told they would do were overlooked. I found them to be very overpriced.

Took too long for the quote because of waiting for another vendor, but they were flexible so we can do small projects as we can afford them. Their warranty on trees is only one year compared to two years at commercial nursery. Good work overall. Prompt work once they got the go ahead.

She was so patient with our questions and changes in complex, multi-part project. Accommodated our interest to do mulch and flowers ourselves while they did the big stuff. Good size crew, worked hard and excellent quality. Bev on-site during work. Re-planted sod on their own. Solid clean up. Price comparable to other bids. Bev good at details, can adjust price on the phone as you adjust scope. We will use again and again.

WAS RESPONSIVE TO MY INITIAL PHONE INQUIRY, COMING TO THE HOUSE AND SPENDING A GOOD 45 MINUTES EVALUATING WHAT WORK MAY BE INVOLVED. HOWEVER, NOW AFTER 3 WEEKS, I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THEM AT ALL. THAT IS NOT A GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE.

GREAT. VERY RESPONSIVE. EASY TO WORK WITH. PROACTIVE WITH PROVIDING GOOD IDEAS ON THEIR OWN. WHEN QUOTING A TREE RING, THEY WORKED AROUND MY BUDGET 3X IN ORDER TO ACCOMMODATE WITHOUT MAKING IT SEEM THAT I WAS BOTHERSOME, WHICH I REALLY APPRECIATE AFTER HAVING TO DEAL WITH A LOT OF CONTRACTORS WITH REMODELING MY HOUSE.

IT TURNED OUT BEAUTIFULLY. WE ARE HIGHLY SATISFIED. WE GET LOTS OF COMPLIMENTS ON OUR LOVELY YARD.
