Excellent. This was a lot of work and they put two guys on the job. Jason and Josh??? They were prompt, professional, did excellent work. I think the cost of parts and labor was very reasonable too. I can't say enough good things about this experience. I have and will recommend them to friends and relatives.

We updated most of our light fixtures and our house has a whole new look. Jason is an outstanding electrician who can handle any job. He worked at a steady pace and completed installing 10 new lights in a reasonable time - everything from track lighting to fancy chandeliers. Jeff kept us well informed about schedules and invoices from the office. This is a first class crew. Thanks!

These guys do great work, scheduling is easy and the end result is great. Price is on the high end but you get quality work.

They told me they would call me back with an estimate about 2 months ago and I have not heard from them.

I am very pleased with the work completed today. Dilan arrived on time and left after the job was completed. He answered all of my questions (sometimes twice!) and was very patient. I achieved all of my goals for today's project and best of all the cost was very reasonable.

Fantastic! Technician Dilan did a great job. Very nice, professional and even made me a custom wall plate to put phone (land line) and Cat5 Networking cable in one outlet on the wall. Did a wonderful job on my outdoor TV antenna install both mounting and wiring in the attic. Had these guys out twice and they were very professional and helpful both times. Jeff is good about setting up appointments and follow through.

I called to see if Fusion could do the job. The Receptionist was extremely polite and professional and patched me through to Jeff almost immediately. Jeff listened carefully to my situation and issue. Although he does not do the type of work I needed, he was very helpful in explaining to me how my set up worked, what the problem could possibly be and gave me direction on what to do and where to go next. He even said I could call him back if I ran into a roadblock.

This is the second time using Fusion. From scheduling to job completion everything was top notch as usual. The electrician, Jason, was a pleasure to deal with and he was able to point out some things while he was working that I’ll need to address in the future but he didn’t high pressure sell me. Fusion is great and is with every penny.

Technician (Jason) figured out issue in 15 minutes. I had two other previous electricians look at it and they (and $325 later) could not figure out the issue.

My technician was Justin. He came out and did a thorough check of outlets, and the breaker box, and eventually found burnt wires in my attic space with scorched insulation directly under where the wires were laying. He repaired that, as well as another wiring spot that looked similar, replaced two outlets, and fixed four outlets that had been wired incorrectly. He was in my home for 3 hours, answered every question I had, took time to explain anything I didn't understand. Price was VERY reasonable and Justin was terrific! Fusion Electric will be my go-to electrician company from this point forward!

Justin with Fusion Electric did an amazing job completing my basement project by wiring a number of switches, outlets and pot lights to my panel. I was able to complete much of the work myself, due to Justin sharing his knowledge of the electrical code during the original bid / quote process and advising me of how certain things should be done. Justin took the project over the finish line and all the work passed inspection. I highly recommend working with Justin (and Jeff) with Fusion Electric and should I ever need more electric work done, I know who I will be calling.

I've been in commercial contracting for 30+ years, so I know what to look for in professionalism, quality, and service. Fusion Electric (and their top notch technician Jason) sets the standard in my book. Jason quickly identified the problem and contacted the power company, as it was their issue. He had us turn off the power to the house to prevent a fire. He also recommended a whole -house surge protector, which we had installed.
