I have only used them once so far. Their price was a little higher because, they are very professional. I would use them again.

Technician came out on the next day of the call on a very cold February day and made a thorough exam...he discovered the absence of a GFI and gave explicit directions about how to proceed to install a new one...he was willing to install it himself, but I elected to handle this on my own

Rich was prompt, pleasant, polite, professional, patient and done! No drama just the way I like it.

Rich called in advance to tell me he was on his way, upon arrival he was very courteous and promptly gave me an estimate on the work. He took the time to explain what to look for in any future flood light problems and was very willing to answer all my questions. He installed the light, switch and repaired flood light very neatly and professionally. I will certainly have this company back on future problems.

He evaluated issues I have since two bath fans are very old. One is not working and old cover is broken so I like to have a new one with light. He figured out problems and fixed one since it was not powered on and one plug in the unit is not in. He also gave pro and cons on replacing a new unit on the other one. I kept both of them. He checked on the basement light was not working and fixed it quickly.

My experience was really good. He was able to get right back with me when I emailed him. The technician was very good and assessed the job well and did not waste any time. It took about 3 hours to complete the work. I felt the price was comparable to others.

I purchased a $99 big deal for 2 hours of electrical work after calling and talking to the owner about the problem - we had a light in our garage that was not working and weren't sure if it was the fixture or one of the switches. The service was scheduled between 2 and 4 pm, and we got a call before 2 that they were on the way. The electrician that came quickly found the problem, replaced the switch and also installed an outside light that I had purchased for over the garage doors. This all took about 1.5 hours. Wish I had been organized to have a list of little things that I needed done, but I really thought it would take longer to do the two items that I had him do. I would use Fusion Electric again in a heartbeat.

The cost was reasonible. I let them add a surge protector which I ddn't shop.

Jason Russell did a great job. He was on time and he reviewed with me what I wanted to be completed. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and he also showed me how to do it. He also shared some pointers for future reference. I would use Jason again. It was well worth the money spent.

Found a short in an outside line. they found the problem and remediated it in 15 minutes.

Service was excellent. I was called promptly to schedule a day for the service and Rich was on time to do the work. The switch replacement was easy, but replacing the accent bulbs in the ceiling fixtures took some time since they were somewhat inaccessible (over a stairwell.). Rich recommended putting in LED bulbs since they would last much longer. He also had to make another trip to the supply store when he found one of the fixtures was broken. Took 2 hours in all, counting the 2 trips to the store. Rich did a great job figuring out the best solution. I would definitely use Fusion again.

It was a generally good experience. If you are considering using them, you should have your list of items that you want done clearly identified so that you can get a fair price from them. I recognize that working in an older home can sometimes be a challenge since there are many unknowns but it would be nice to be able to get a better quote than having the work done hurriedly. It would be nice to have a ballpark price for what certain things cost and recognize that sometimes you run into problems.

The provider was prompt in responding to my needs in installing my new dining room light. Garrett (the electrician) was so professional and great to work with... I will definitely call Fusion Electric again for any eletrical needs.

As usual, Fusion did an excellent job. I had some small electrical repairs that I had been accumulating. They came out a fixed them all so I didn't have to mess with them. I know just enough about electricity to be dangerous, and that's not a good thing. They know what they're doing.

He found a few deficiencies in the system, made a temporary repair and is returning to complete

Jason was prompt, fast and friendly. After checking connections at the wall switch and ceiling fixture etc, he went to check wiring in the attic. There he discovered some poorly installed wiring and loose connections which were causing the problem. Fixed them, and now all is well. Also, installed some new wall outlets. Great job!

Looked at whole house to determine what was wrong as the house is old and had multiple things done at different times making it more complicated to narrow down the problem.

I had received other quotes but went with them because they had a good price, plus I had a poor experience with MVP electrical. I cannot be more pleased with both the final product and the pricing. They were punctual and very professional, and gave me ideas I had not considered for my deck lighting that turned out to be both better looking and cheaper than what I was planning. Will use them again,

Would not service our area after big deal bought. We are just north of the river at I-29 and 72nd St.
