Forgot his name but he was very professional and did a great job. I've used Fusion for years and am always very satisfied. Definitely call Jeff for any needs and a bid. Small company that works very hard and does the job right.

He was here on time and did great work! I wasn't sure he'd be able to get everything done in the 2 hours, but was willing to pay extra if I had to. However, that wasn't a problem. He got everything done before the 2 hours were even up. He asked if I wanted him to do anything else, but I didn't have anything. I'm very happy with the service and won't hesitate to call them again!

I originally scheduled an appt. and due to an illness and subsequent death in the family I had to reschedule a couple of times. The folks at Fusion were very kind and rescheduled at a time I could do it. The electrician who came was on time and very polite and professional. I had 2 spotlights in my kitchen replaced with new light fixtures. He replaced 3 outlets in other areas of the house and was finished with all work in less than an hour. I think the only thing that peeved me a little was that they charged me for the outlets (material cost - as was originally stated to be fair) in spite of the fact that I paid for 2 hours of labor and only used one. They had told me that what I needed would take 2 hours otherwise I would have had them do more to make the most of what I paid for. When the work only took 1 hour I would expect that they wouldn't nickel and dime me for a few outlets since they got paid for 2 hours and could go to the next appt. and make double the money for that hour. It left a bad taste in my mouth and is why I wouldn't call them back. Probably any other contractor would have done the same thing - but then again maybe not. Overall, the work was done well and they treated me well - just a "policy" that didn't make sense in my opinion. Live and learn.

Electrician arrived exactly at the designated appointment time. He was personable and professional. Once we explained where the kitchen appliances used to be and described the new ones coming the next day, he went straight to work. It took a bit of time to get to certain locations, however the overall end result was most satisfactory. The job got done in about three hours. I had already purchased the correct range outlet so the only extra parts we had to pay for were two 110 volt outlets. The Fusion electrician was careful, precise, and very professional. The job was not an easy one, but it was completed in a way that was best for us. We're very pleased with our Fusion Electric experience and will definitely use them again. I can honestly and without reservation recommend Fusion Electric to others on Angie's List. Their "big deal" is, indeed, a very good investment.

It went well and took him about a hour. He had to go out and buy the part I needed, but he was not gone long.

I purchased an Angie's List Deal with Fusion Electric for two hours of electrical service for $99. I had two ceiling fans that needed to be installed in my living room ceiling, which is about 17-18 feet high. That in and of itself was a challenge. The electrician was able to do it in about three hours, which caused the price to be a little higher than the deal, but it was well deserved. He even called the fan manufacturer for me to figure out how to put both fans on the same remote since one of the fans had been a floor model and didn't have one. I was very pleased with the service I received and would absolutely use them again.

Good. The tech had to do more work than he thought he was supposed to do. I had to provide him some spare pieces of wood so he could secure the light

Garrett called 15 minutes before his scheduled arrival. Very nice, cordial young man. He also gave us a time estimate for his work. Right on the money!

I purchased the deal on Thursday previous. I was contacted almost immediately and then he told me he might have a cancellation on Friday. He called me on Friday early afternoon to explain that they would be out on Monday. The other company I called said it would be 2.5 - 3 weeks before they could come out. I had several outlets out. He did some looking around and figured out it was a GFCI plug. He reset that and then he still had tons fo time left, so he asked me for other projects. Luckily, I had a hanging light that I wanted installed on a 12 foot ceiling. He got up and installed it in no time. Then he looked at another light in our basement that was not working. He didn't have a light with a chain on his truck, so he gave us instructions of what to purchase for it and set it up so we can just install it. The service was amazing and very professional. He was able to complete all of the tasks that I needed! I would definitely use their service again.

Overall, I think their work is good but price was a shocker. Garrett was very professional, showed up around when he said he would, and I think they most likely did a quality job. The overall price at the end took me back a bit. I thought it was going to be much cheaper than it turned out to be. I called Jeff the owner and he was very responsive but was not willing to come down on the overall cost. Overall, I should have bid this job out with several contractors and not allowed it to be a two, separate day jobs.

The electrician was polite, worked steadily, explained and answered all our questions and was very competent. We also got bids for installing a ceiling fan and 4 can lights.

Very prompt service and Garret quickly and efficiently found the problem in our panel. He explained to me, in terms I could understand, what he fixed and additional testing of the whole panel. He also fixed a problem with a dimmer switch that another company had installed. Garrett was very knowledgeable and very personable and it was a real delight to deal with him and the owner, Jeff. It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The work was satisfactory. The guy came in and got it done on time. I was happy with the results. The only extra charges were the cost of the extra items they had to put in. It was about $100 additional. I purchased labor, not parts so it was reasonable. I would probably check with him if I need further work.

They were great. They were responsive and prompt. Garrett installed three smoke detectors and repaired a light switch in two hours. It was a great experience and I have since called them for more work. They are at the top of their game.
