No problems at all. Scott did a great job.

I got two bids for this job, both from Angie's List contractors. The bids were almost identical, but Jason was able to do the job without tearing up my ceiling. The ceiling repair would have meant dealing with another contractor and was estimated to cost an additional $350. Jason prides himself on his ability to do his work without damage to the existing structure. He was quick and was careful to keep dust under control. I value and appreciate this kind of skill and pride in one's work.

Jason was great! He was on time, gave me recommendations and even gave me time while he was working on a few of the items, to run over to Home Depot to get the two exterior light fixtures that he put in for me. I would definitely use them again.

We bought a big deal $49 for $149 of electrical services. Scheduling the work was carried out very quickly and easily over email. Our entryway light was blowing the breaker every time we turned it on. The electrician told us their was a problem with the wiring in the light and offered to re-wire the light or install a new one. We opted to replace it. He came back a few days later and installed the new light. He only charged us a small additional fee for the extra trip. The electrician was very professional, helpful, and worked with us to schedule both visits. We're very happy with the work.

Justin Norris is the electrician who responded to our call. He is professional, personable and most importantly, very good at electrical work. He was able to make the repair with little effort. We were concerned they would have to bring ladders into the house, remove the lights from the ceiling and make a huge mess. He was able to complete the work up on the roof with minimal disruption to either us or the roofers. We are very happy with him. The cost was far below what I was expecting. Justin and Fusion Electric have just been added to my handyman list to call for help in the future.

I contacted the company by phone. The answering service took my number and assured me I would be contacted promptly. I was contacted within the hour and an appointment was made for the following day. The service person (Scott) arrived on time, was friendly, personable, professional, knowledgeable, and diligent. He discovered the cause of my hot tub failure, offered the recommended solution and scheduled to perform those repairs 2 days later. He returned 2 days later, at the scheduled time and performed the repairs necessary to get my hot tub running again. The work was completed professionally and for a fair price.

Jason was punctual, professional, personable. He showed up to hang a ceiling fan from a deal I purchased through Angie's List. I then added an additional lighting fixture to the request and he was happy to add it and the upcharge was nominal. Will use them again, extremely happy.

I gave the details to a gentleman who contacted me via e-mail of what was exactly needed for the job I had requested an estimate for. He quoted me $1000, without even seeing the job first hand. When I questioned the quote, noting that it was only about a 100 foot run from the circuit breaker box to the junction box, and that $1000 was unreasonably high for what superficially should be a very easy job, he responded with "that's the cost in my experience, and if it's so easy I should do it myself."

Jeff and his crew showed up on time and completed the project very quickly. We had a few changes which they handled without issue.

Great service! Justin discovered our fans had never been vented in the attic. Worked hard to solve problem. Very pleased with results on all projects. Not cheap, but I'm sure that's the going rate for quality electrical work. They will be my go-to-company for electrical work from here on out!

Service was prompt and professional. The electrician installed a new 240V circuit for our range, and swapped out a couple breakers with twin breakers to make room for the new circuit.

Communication and scheduling the service was smooth. The crew was efficient and left minimal mess compared to other electricians that we have used to install recessed lighting. Felt like the price was a little high but it was quality work. Maybe we just purchased the wrong deal and should have selected electrician for a day. We also asked for them to dispose of the old chandelier but it was left at our house.

We needed a bath exhaust fan in a place that had never had one before. I sent a photo in advance with a description of the project through SnapFix, then discussed my project by phone and Jeff quoted a price, describing the fixture he'd send. When the electrician arrived he got right to work cutting the hole and wiring. When it came time to attach the vent in the attic he was unable to access the attic due to a blocked attic access panel. We'll have to put in a new attic access before the fan can be completed but the light is functional, larger and brighter than what we had and he even made the existing switches work better, one for both lights in that area and one for the fan. The electrician left the area tidy and was pleasant to work with. While the cost was exactly as quoted, based on the time the install took and the cost of an exhaust fan, I estimate being able to save nearly half if I had called out an hourly rate electrician. I saved time in not having an estimate visit but paid for it covering their risk of the unknown. Fusion Electric was easy to work with, the electrician was experienced, and I'd consider using them again at an hourly rate.

Price was a little more than originally quoted because of the slope in my ceiling but the overall experience was very good. They did a great job and my kitchen looks great! I will definitely use them again for future projects.

Fusion was not selected to do the work only because of a scheduling issue as we had to move quicker than expected on the work and Jeff already had his schedule full that week. Jeff is a very knowledgeable electrician and I will certainly use him for other work I have down the road.

It went well. Arrived on time, did the install and left.

This was a nasty, dirty job requiring two trips. All of the electricity to our main, upstairs bathroom went out, although all other outlets, etc on that circuity worked. On the first call Jason did all of the diagnostics he could over a two hour period, including a trip to the attic to try to locate a junction box underneath 15 inches of cellulose insulation. It was an awful work environment. As a consequence I notified the insulation installer, Terminix, and they came out a few days later to clean a large area and locate the junction box. Jason then came back and was able to locate and repair the wiring in the box in the attic that was bad and had been carelessly installed years ago...no top on the box, bad wire connections, etc. A fire hazard. Anyway, Jason did a heck of a job on a tough, dirty project. I also had him install a GFIC outlet and some other minor work. All told the project took a little over 5 hours. I also appreciated the efforts of Terminix to move the insulation and put it back without cost. The project cost per hour was commensurate with rates of good electricians in KC region.

The work was excellent quality. Justin measured carefully and consulted with me on the placement of the lights. One of the cans was tricky to install, but he solved the problem, leaving no damage to the ceiling. I highly recommend Fusion Electric. The cost was quite reasonable.

The technicians were great and very helpful. They were professional and I would definitely consider hiring Fusion Electric again. Angie’s List had a special 14 months ago for 2 hours worth of service and so I contacted them. They did good work the first time when they came out.

They are great to work with. On our emergency situation they came in after hours and also worked on Saturday.
