I don’t remember how much they charged for their services. It was a positive experience working with them. I thought they were professional. They did a good job and seemed fair. I will use their services again in the future.

I think they are located in Olathe, but they serve my area. Their price, with the Angie’s List discount, was probably around $150. I had used them in the past too, and the price this time was more than the last time; I really don’t have anything to compare their price with. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

I have a pretty large house and he charged me less than I expected to pay. He did a nice job and was very thorough. He was pleasant to deal with and I would highly recommend him.

Although I was given a choice of times for the day he would be coming as he had no other appointments, he then booked an appointment before mine that day. He was scheduled for around 10 or 10:30 but called that morning to say he would be later as he had another appointment before mine. Had I been given a choice, I would have preferred he start my job earlier. Instead, he didn't arrive until sometime around noon or slightly after so instead of being done at an acceptable and our intended time, he didn't finish til I think around 5:30. We had dinner plans and we ran late. Also, I was going to add the basement steps but there wasn't time. He did a thorough job and the carpet did look nice. The carpeting seemed pretty damp the next morning but then I realized since he didn't get done til close to 6 the previous night it had not had as much time to dry as when I've had it done before in the morning. I would use him again although I would impress upon him the importance of arriving at the scheduled time. He did give the 15% Angies List discount.

Jeff was prompt in responding to my phone message. He gave me an estimate over the phone and was able to schedule the cleaning within a week. We were very pleased with his work.

I contacted Voohries about cleaning area rugs and bedroom carpeting. Jeff promptly returned my call and was able to schedule an appointment for the cleaning within a week. Jeff arrived on time and had my 7 year old area rugs and bedroom carpeting looking great.

Based on Angie's list recommendations, we emailed Jeff for an estimate. He replied promptly. We were able to set the date and time by email (very convenient if you are not able to call during business hours). He arrived on time, went right to work, and did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. There was a noticeable, dirty pathway in the bedroom that he was able to make look like new. His price was reasonable. He did not try to "up-sale" other products like the major carpet cleaners I've used in the past. He was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for clean carpets!

I can't say enough about Voorhies Cleaning. When Jeff Voorhies showed up to clean the carpets as scheduled, we had just found out the air conditioner was not working. He knew we were moving the furniture in the next two days, and insisted on completing the job, even in the extreme heat. It was above and beyond, and he remained professional, courteous and cheerful. I will use this company again and recommend it highly.

Everything came out great, looked great dried out fast. Will use Jeff again.

Awesome job. Had call back very quickly to my message about scheduling an appointment for an estimate. Was given a verbal general estimate over the phone with note that he had not seen the area so this was just a guestimate based on the information I gave. This was rental property we are getting ready to sell. An appt was made for a Saturday and he showed up on time. Work was actually cheaper then what we both had thought. Carpets look awesome! No spots returned. Would definitely use Voorhies Cleaning again!

The comany did a great job and the carpeting looked almost new after the cleaning. It took about two hours to complete the job. I have not moved into the house yet so there was no furniture to move and this allowed for a shorter cleaning time. Great job at an excellant price.

Overall, I was impressed with his professionalism and how quickly he got the job done by himself. Other groups I have used have had two people doing the same rooms that didn't get it done any faster. When he quoted me, I could only afford a few rooms - I left off the two bedrooms that are never used and I left off the stairs. I asked him to clean the main rooms noted above, and the basement, which had most of the stains. I couldn't afford to do the stairs and other rooms. When he got done and I walked down to the basement to pay him, I noticed the stairs were wet - he did those for me for free!!! I thought that was very kind of him to do that for me; he probably noticed they really needed it.

They have a really good rating on Angie's list. I got them as a referral from the realtor. I was happy with them. They have been here twice. The overall experience was perfect. I trusted the guy who came out to be in the house alone. He was very polite and courteous. He was wearing the booties, when he came in.

I received an estimate over the phone and scheduled an appointment in less than a week. The owner arrived on time and worked by himself for about 4 hours to finish the job. The stain removal worked great on one older red wine stain. The carpet looked great when finished. It does take several hours to dry so I am glad I took the morning appointment instead of the afternoon. I definitely would hire him to again.

Excellent Service Jeff is quick, efficient and personable. Very pleased with carpets - I've called to return and complete the whole house in May.

Jeff did a great job. The initial call for an estimate - he called back by the end of the day. I work from home and we were able to arrange the cleaning on a Saturday. The day of the cleaning - he was on time, friendly, professional and was very knowledgable. He suggested better ways to deal with pet stains to avoid making spots permanent. He was very careful in the house -- using corner guards to avoid scraps and unnecessary damage. He takes great pride in his work and treats customers just like he would like to be treated.

Jeff responded to my initial call by the end of business that day. He is professional, attentive and did a fabulous job. I hope there is a service as great as his in Dallas.

From 1st time I left message, his response was prompt. Gave approx estimate from description over phone, then came to actually see and measure. Was within $50.00 of original bid. Scheduled cleaning around my contractors and moving in schedule to make everything go smooth. Carpets all looked excellent, and were dry very quickly which was important. Carpet he stretched looked 100% better when complete.

We were very happy with the service provided. There was one stain he couldn't get out, but we knew it was a longshot as it was red and had been there for quite some time. He told us from the beginning red was not always possible to get out. He was prompt and professional and did a good job. We felt it was worth the money.

They were very good. They did a great job. He was a very personable man and also very punctual. The price was very reasonable.

Since they were offering three rooms for $95, I was hoping the cost would be much less. I was told the least they charge is $85. I have paid more for the same. Almost didn't clean carpet because of the cat pee smell. It is better now, but impossible to get completely rid of.

Work was completed in about 5 hours. No complaints. The carpets looked great!

Jeff was prompt in returning my email, in arranging a service date and easy going when I needed to reschedule. He arrived in a clean white van with a professional logo. Jeff was professional in his appearance and he was methodical in setting up the lines and equipment. After he cleaned the carpet downstairs, he set up a fan to run downstairs while he cleaned the Master BDRM. He was polite and efficient. The carpets look great. I added my own fans to run after Jeff left.

They are really good and particular about what they do.
