One Hour Heating & AC

A leak was discovered in the outside unit. The tech was very thorough and stuck within until the issue was resolved. I am very pleased/satisfied with the service we get from One Hour. I would highly recommend their services.

They installed a new furnace and A/C ten years ago. I have a service agreement with them. They come out every six months and check the furnace and A/C. I pay a yearly fee of $60.00. They're very responsive and they call me to set up the time to have the technician come out. They schedule the service fairly quickly and it's convenient for my work schedule. The technicians always put on shoe covers when they come into my home.

We had a very pleasant experience with the entire crew from One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. They were all very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, respectful, and kind. They arrived on time, protected the floors and cleaned up after the installation so that you wouldn't even know that anything was done in the house. They didn't mind me hanging around and asking questions while they performed the installation. It was a very enjoyable learning experience.

We called on Monday morning at about 8:45. Daniel was here by 9:30. He was very friendly and professional. He wore covers on his shoes, to keep from tracking anything inside. He had to cut a hole in the ceiling to access the broken flue pipe. He made a very neat rectangular cut out and vaccuumed up all of the debris. His work looked very neat and thorough.

We had started project a with another company, but got the runaround. We had a failed part that was on a recall list and the company wasn’t willing to help. When I called One Hour, they really helped me out. They knew exactly what I was talking about and handled my situation without any issues. I still use them today for maintenance work on my heater. I would recommend them.

From the intial meeting to the follow up call it was obvious this company is truely concerned about their clients.

They are the one's who made the service call after the electric guy cut the water and he troubled shot it all afternoon and finally found the staple through it. He ran some replacement wire and did a great job and to see how quick they were because it was an air conditioning on a terrible hot day. They provide prompt service at a reasonable price. I think that the person who came there to do the work really impressed me because it was an oven in the house. He was cheerful, helpful, and showed me how to clean one of the filters and replaced the filter for me and I don't think he charged me. I was standing there with a filter in my hand and he showed me how to do it. He was just great. I didn't know how to get the door off it didn't have a latch or opening. He was very helpful.

We use them on a regular basis. They are very prompt. They are very responsive in an emergency. They are very personable. They are very careful when they work around you’re property. They are just all round. They are a really good organization to deal with. They are responsive and they explain everything they are doing. They are easy to get hold of in an emergency. We would use their services again in the future.

The job went very well. They were punctual and knowledgeable. They fixed the problem.

I emailed for an appointment and the very friendly scheduler called for a follow up and scheduled the following day from 8am to noon. The scheduler called around 10 the next day to let me know the service man was on the way, and he arrived in about 30 minutes. When the rep came in, he inspected the ductwork and recommended replacing a piece of the duct work. Then he took off the back of the furnace and started checking for cracks. Surprise - there were several small cracks in the heat exchanger of my 30 year old furnace. He then told me that he could not service or clean my furnace because it was unsafe. He even had a glossy card ready to explain to me why heat exchanger cracks were unsafe. The kicker was that he charged me for a service call ($69, luckily an Angieslist coupon knocked it down to $44) even though he refused to clean and service the furnace. Total time at the house - about 30 min. They never asked the age prior to accepting the call or told me they would not perform the service if they found any cracks. I was left feeling ripped off for no service performed.

I was quite pleased with them. The technician came out on a Sunday morning; I think they work seven days a week. I thought the company was exceptional. The guy was very knowledgeable about what was going on and my dad used to be in the business so I knew what to ask. Most of the cost was Freon.

One Hour Heating and Cooling was kind, honest and reasonably priced. We were extremely pleased with the level of service received and plan on using them in the future when we replace our aging A/C unit.

I was very pleased with them except for one minor little glitch thing. I was pretty pleased with them. I would give them an A on overall experience except for the dryer vent that they couldn't manage to get the tubing hooked back up which means I had to move out my washer and dryer and to it myself again. They duct taped things together wherein it should have been connected. I still use them and would continue to use them.

I am happy with their service, timeliness and professionalism. I will use them again.

Very satisfied with everything about One Hour Heating and Cooling in Olathe. Have used them twice. The young gentleman did a great job of explaining to me and my elderly mother what our options were and then he let us decide what we wanted him to do. Prompt - everyone I have spoken with on the phone has been very pleasant and efficient

Very good experience. The biggest thing I ask of both my employees and vendors is "DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU WILL DO". Olathe Heating and Cooling has always done that.

They spent alot of time with me in the evening on the phone due to my concerns and the fact I have respiratory problems, but they were not registered with my home warranty company. I would have gone with them if I could since they were so helpful. They even called back later to check on me and see if the work was completed as needed. His concerns were very sincere and honest. His explanation was also very honest.

Figured out my A/C was out about 9 am and called One Hour based on Angie's List recommendations after discovering that the company I have a maintenance agreement with doesn't have after-hours support. The nice lady who answered told me it would be a $99 service call but they couldn't tell me more than that until they saw the air conditioner. Since I've only lived in this house 18 months and the A/C was new, I figured it couldn't be too bad but had to have it fixed sooner rather than later. She told me they would be out between 11 and 3 and they arrived about 1:30. He was dressed in a clean uniform and was quite pleasant. He replaced the capacitor, told me it was the cheapest thing that could have been wrong, and that he would make sure he put the right one in when he was back in the office, then come back the next day if necessary, but would get me up and going. This is the company I will be talking to when I need a new maintenance agreement!!

They are very responsive to phone calls. They are prompt, professional and courteous.

They are very professional. I believe they are a company of integrity and honesty. They really put effort into keeping your home clean. They are fast and they are always very punctual.

They are a good group. It is family owned and they are good people.

Matt was very professional, showed us things we needed to know about the system, stayed long enough to ensure the system was working correctly and answered all of our questions about preventive maintenance and upkeep of the system.

We are on their monthly service plan. It is very reasonable in price. Service techs are prompt, polite, knowledgeable. We continue to be impressed with this service.

They were very good, very quick, extremely helpful and friendly. They have someone on-call all the time, as I understand it. We called at night when we smelled gas, and they were very helpful getting our needs met immediately. Excellent work!
