This was the first time we ever had this done in the 17 years we have been in our home, only to find out that this should be done about every 2 years. So glad that they were informative and professional. They did a great job. I would recommend if you are looking to get your air ducts cleaned out.

They were on time and very courteous. They were able to complete the job in about two hours and cleaned up completely after themselves. If I had gone much longer, I really think I would have had a serious fire hazard with the dryer vent. Thank you OCC.

Amazing job. Our couch didn t meet our expectations but it s an old couch with 5 kids abusing it daily. We had our tile entry done and it blew us away when it was done!!

Dan was a great communicator. Kept me informed of their arrival and progress. They cared about my home, putting up corner guards and thoroughly vacuuming after completion of my duct cleaning. I had called several other companies and they beat their prices hands down for the same service and quality of work. I would recommend them to my friends!

They called and moved my day back a day. I didn't have a choice and it made things hard as we needed to cook for a large party we were having the next day. My daughter had spent the night so we could get the cooking done that day. Should have had her use my wood floor cleaner instead of hers. My laundry room didn't get cleaned at all. Had to pull out my vacuum cleaner and do a large rug that still had dog hair on it. Don't think her vacuum cleaner did a good job on my carpet. I had had foot surgery, so I needed help cleaning for the party. She forgot a mop at her previous house and had to go back to get it. I think she left a window scrapper here.

They had to cancel my Saturday appointment, but came the next day, on Sunday, instead of making me reschedule. They were here for about 5 hours and did a very thorough job.

OCC cleaned up our mess in no time. We'd been recommended replacing the carpets and needed it done ASAP. OCC came to our home within 48 hours and made the carpets immaculate.
