Description of Work: Nothing. I bought an Angies List coupon for $34 that was to cover service and also $20 for repair. I had a clogged kitchen sink that just needed to be snaked. I called Lutz and they scheduled me for later in the day. Great!! Very responsive. The plumber showed up on time and checked out my sink. Then gave me an estimate of $230 which included the coupon. So when I add the $34 I already spent on the coupon, it was costing me over $250 to simply snake my kitchen sink drain. The price was outrageous! I thanked the guy and sent him away. I called another plumber who charged me half that price. Although the company was very nice and responsive, I will not be using them as they are over priced!

Description of Work: The service men were prompt and efficient. Why two people had to come to clear out a drain...I don't know. The job was done but I was rather shocked when they handed me the bill, which was about $30 more than I'd expect to pay for this service. They of course tried to schedule other jobs and I politely declined. Perhaps they could have charged a fair price if they sent only one person out to do a job that could obviously be handled by one. Even though they did the job fine I will never call on them again because I'm not happy about being overcharged!

Description of Work: Replaced the cartridge in my kitchen faucet so it wouldn't leak.

Description of Work: Replaced kitchen Moen faucet cartridge which was causing a major leak. Noticed another problem and fixed it. Originally started using them in 2012 when we were dissatisfied with other plumbers. Always helpful, friendly and quickly available.

Description of Work: Replaced a hot water tank (gas).

Description of Work: Called Lutz to fix a leaking faucet in a tub. Brent was our technician. He was very proffessional and efficient. Since we had to do some remodeling in our bathroom he said he would come back at a later date to install the faucet pieces. He did so about a month later at no charge to us. The office was always very kind and helpful as well. We would definately recommend them to our friends.

Description of Work: The clog was caused by tree roots over 125 feet away. Kevin had a challenge with a section of broken pipe underground but he kept working to move beyond that until he was able to chew through the tree roots at the end of my drain. A previous plumber was only able to get a 2 inch blade down for 100 feet but Kevin used a 3 inch blade for the entire length. He kept working for almost four hours to be sure everything was clean before leaving my home.

Description of Work: Lutz Plumbing replaced a rusted out cast iron drain line and corresponding stack. Clean, solid work taking only a few hours. We would recommend Lutz Plumbing.
