 + -1 moreJim the plumber was right on time. Said I needed total toilet rebuild (it's a very old toilet). He pulled tank from bowl & gasket. Also checked it wasn't leaking in the basement.
Description of Work: Toilet started gushing water when I flushed. I called them in the afternoon & arranged appointment for the next morning.

 + -1 moreContacted company about the leaking faucet. He came, took a look, told me it would be about the same amount in labor to replace it as to repair it. I decided to replace, so he made an appointment to return after I had a chance to go to home improvement store to select the faucet I wanted. He returned as planned, fixed it quicky, promptly and on time,, and only charged for one service call. It's a pleasure to work with competent professionals - would recommend to anyone.

 + -1 moreThis is the fourth time we've used Lutz and everytime the service has been excellent. The first time we had a leaking water heater. I assumed we needed a whole new one but Kevin had a better (and less costly) solution to the problem. We have had them replace outdoor faucets and most recently the kitchen sink, faucet and disposal. We appreciate the advice/consultation while responding to all of our (usually numerous) questions. Kevin and Jim have been great to work with - on time, courteous, reasonably priced, etc. I would recommend Lutz to anyone who asks. I will not call another plumber.

Description of Work: installed new on and off valves in the shower. Did not have the parts needed, came back the next day but charged me for a service call for the first visit on top of everything else.

 + -1 moreExcellent customer service. I got 2 quotes for the work to be performed and Lutz's was 1/2 the other. After much decision making on our part (much patience on their part) they came and did the job very quickly. They were fast, clean and so very polite and pleasant. Months after they did the job I needed to have them come back and tweek something. Amber remembered me and Kevin came out within 30 minutes and did what I asked in 15 minutes. Really a wonderful company.
Description of Work: Plumbed in a basement bathroom. Jackhammer through cement floor for drains (toilet, sink and shower) Installed all water lines.
