I recently had a bathroom and kitchen faucet that both sprung severe leaks at different times of course. Brent came out when the bathroom faucet sprung a leak but he did not have the part. He also told me that most of the manufactures actually supplied a lifetime warranty and that I could get the part on my own. Then later the the kitchen faucet sprung its leak and I called early one morning and they came out before noon to a**** the situation. Again Brent came out and did not have the part so we went down the manufacturer warranty again and sure enough they did not even carry that faucet anymore so they sent me a new faucet. While Brent was here he fixed the bathroom faucet that I had received the replacement part for and then later came back for the third time to replace my faucet. Of all those trips they only charged me one trip charge. I would highly recommend Lutz Plumbing to anyone and will continue to use them in the future.

Well coordinated work - neat & clean service - reasonable cost - drain was better than ever.

He explained what had happened and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. I used the coupon on Angies list that waved the travel fee and took an additional $28 off. Great guy and great company. I was expecting to pay much more for an emergency call on a Saturday morning. If I ever need any plumbing repair, I will definitely call them again.

We loved them. We really liked the technician that came out and we think his name was Bryant. Their service charge included just to install the garbage disposal.

Plummer arrived on time and gave me an estimate for work needed and said he could do repair that day. He then set stool with no problem and started on shower repair. He then pulled out one of the shower stems.He then told me he did not have the correct brand to replace it and needed to order it. He replaced shower stem so I would be able to use it and have water in the house. We then went over what I wanted the shower handles to look like.He told me that he would call when the stems and handles were in and it should be in a week. I waited for ten days and had not received a call. so called the shop. They told me the parts were in and they were sorry they had not called and set a new appointment. The plummer arrived on time and replaced shower stems , but handles were all wrong not even close. He told me he would go pick up handles and be back. He later called and said he could not find handles. I then looked up handles on the internet and found them at Lowes and other stores.[They are a common replacement handle] I then called and told the company to come out and finish their job and that I had purchased the handles. He then came out and finished job. It took over three weeks to finish a common repair.

We had the backup problem for several months and there were cheaper plumbers but they just ran the line and did not bother following up on what was a reoccurring problem. Only Lutz really fixed the problem for good. I was very impressed with the plumber.

The gas line to the light had been turned off at the house but we weren't sure if the line would have to be capped at the light. Kevin came at the time that was arranged. Checked to make sure gas was turned off, removed the light and took it away. Quick and efficient. The front yard has a whole new profile. Thanks

I called Lutz Plumbing this morning, they had someone here within an hour and a half, found the leak and fixed it immediately.Brent was extremely knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, spot on when it came to price AND (bonus) he cleaned up after himself!Not many service people do that! I'd use them again in a second!

He was very friendly and timely. I showed him the toilet and he checked it and said 'yeah, this is plugged'. He asked if I was given a quote over the phone and I said yes. As we were going downstairs for him to write up the ticket, I complained about my bathroom faucet plug and that I have had the problem before. He checked it and fixed it and told me why it happened. I then mentioned my daughter had the same thing wrong in her bathroom. He prepared the ticket which was the same as over the phone. He gave me the quote and said it would be additional if he had to remove the toilet. He asked where my daughter's bathroom was and we were trying to find the faucet plug. He said if I find the plug to just give him a call and he would fix it. He unclugged the toilet and it didn't have water or a mess all over. I told him I couldn't find my daughter's faucet plug and he said I could call anytime and he would fix it or mentioned if a new faucet was purchased he could install. He didn't charge me for the faucet either. I am sure he would not charge me if I called back about the faucet. He was very cordial, quick, efficient, and friendly. It was a great price too. I received an Angie's List discount and travel charge waived. I have had 10 plumbers in my house the last 4 years and never called one of them back but I will Lutz..

We passed on the repairs. A few minutes later my neighbor came over. We took a drive around the corner to Lowes. Returned and less than 30 minutes later both items were fixed... after spending only $6.98. A couple other items need attention, but we will look elsewhere.

His service was great. He was knowledgeable and he finished quickly. He was friendly as well. I will use him again in the future if I have any more plumbing issues.

A plus. Technician called when he was on his way to the home. Arrived on time and was very professional. Used shoe covers when arriving. Very personable young man. Would request the same tech again if ever need this service again!

Very professional from first phone contact to repair and billing. Promptly called before arriving. Service done quickly and well done. Very accommodating applying discount when I didn't have coupon printed out. Not the cheapest plumber in town, but you get what you pay for. Good quality work.

I heard about Lutz Plumbing on Angie's List. They came out the next day. The company was very prompt. He kept me informed on everything he was doing. My tenants were also pleased with what he was doing.

I always use Lutz for plumbing issues, but on this particular day I was having my kitchen remodeled and the contractor announced they would not connect the gas stove. Sheeze, everything was at a stand-still for my range and Thanksgiving was coming up. I can't remember how I thought of Lutz -- maybe it was on that green coupon card they send out in the mail. Or maybe the contractor said a plumber could do it, and I thought of Lutz. At any rate, I called and they were out within two hours. I had the coupon, of course, which helped the price. And the kitchen became functional. I really appreciated their responsiveness.

Great, as explained previously. Brent was very attentive and to the point with his explanations. Waiting on the next trip with scheduled items to be repaired.

I spoke with a technician who gave me some ideas of some things to try. He didn't think I could possibly need a new seal since the house is not very old. He was very professional and patient. I told him I would try some of his ideas and call them back if I needed a service call.

No issues. Good communication.

My water main broke on Thanksgiving eve with water gushing up in my yard. Another company came out and was helpful enough to lend me a tool to close down the water valve as they gave me an estimate. I called Lutz for a second estimate and they came it at half the cost to replace the rusted out water pipe with new copper. They and their sub contractors spent about 10 hours at the house getting me back in shape. I think they probably didn't do a fantastic job with the very quick estimate they gave me - they spent 10 minutes scouting out the issue, whereas the original estimator spent over an hour detailing out all the issues they'd have to overcome. In this case, it worked out in my favor and I think they underbid the scope of work they had to accomplish. But they stuck with their original estimate. I also had them replace my hot water heater. I normally would have done a more thorough job researching good models and getting separate bids to install but I wasn't in a position to wait on it. The model they came with was a generic, mid-tier efficiency. I could probably have gotten a better one at a better price in retrospect. They were clean, friendly, and professional. Good work. I'd use them again for sure.

The tech called when he was on his way which was helpful as we were having a rental property serviced. He arrived on time, put the foot protection booties on while he was in the house and worked quickly. Our renters have two adorable but hyper dogs and the tech was so kind as they tried to get in his way time after time! He explained the problem, gave me the estimate to fix and within about 30 minutes had corrected the problem. He was very patient in explaining what was going on to me, which was helpful, as it was a more expensive service than I was prepared for. We have heard from our renters that they haven't had any additional plumbing issues since - so we feel it was money well spent! We have already recommended Lutz to friends and know we can call on them again for future needs.

Another plumber backed out and wouldn't come do the work at the last minute. That plumber had given us an estimate of $1100.00. Lutz came promptly on a Sat morning and did all the work for $499.00!

I called a couple of people from Angie's List, told them what I needed and asked for a ballpark guess of the cost. The others refused to give me even a range of what it might cost but offered to come out, for a change, to give an estimate. Lutz gave me a range which was reasonable and even gave me enough info so I could go to Home Depot and pick a replacement stool. But, the best part of their service was that I was that after making an appointment for the next business day, when I said I was in a hurry because we had house guests, they said they would try to get here the day I was calling if their scheduled jobs left enough time. They called back a few hours later and said they could come. The service man was so focused and on task that I thought he must be the owner of the company. WHAT A WORKER!! He completed the job quickly, cleaned up everything and was out of here like a flash. Even my house quests were impressed with the quick, efficient work Lutz provided.

Very friendly and informative. Able to save us money by showing us how to do the installation ourselves.

They were wonderful in handling and working with the city workers to get the problem fixed.
