The scheduling was very easy. Andy was right on time and did a really nice job and kept me informed about what he was doing and gave me options along the way. He ultimately had to cut out dry wall to run new wiring, but he tried his best several ways to avoid it. I really appreciated the extra effort.

Now that's what I call Customer Service! Andy showed up early (how often does that happen any more?!?!) and made short work of installing the outlet for my over-the-range microwave oven. Great job, done quickly and cleanly. I definitely recommend ASAP Electricians and will be calling them again when I need electrical work done.

Someone in the office contacted me within a few minutes of filling out the form on Home Advisor. They had an electrician in my area who came out within a half hour. The electrician was knowledgeable and fixed my problem quickly. Would definitely recommend.

To charge $162 for getting on a 3 step ladder, make a "repair", and tried to sell me on all other kinds of projects. I believe he used a part that was less than $5, and the repair was completed, once he actually got to work, only took 15 minutes. The entire visit was well over an hour. I am completely underwhelmed, and disappointed. I can recommend that you call someone else for your electrician needs The electrician they sent out seemed unprepared, as he went in and out of the house multiple times bringing the rain with him.
