Office staff and electricians are amazing to talk to. The electrician, Jack, is extremely detailed and knowledgeable. Although, KCP&L made it hard on the staff to complete the project by falling through twice to turn the power off, ASAP didn't skip a beat and completed the project in one day. They went above and beyond and hard wired a carbon monoxide detector above the new panel, "just to be safe". We couldn't be happier with our choice and recommend them to everyone.

Only company I talked to that was willing to quote a firm prices over the phone. They told me the possible variables that might be involved in my installation, and what each one would cost.

Arrived within the time frame, and immediately diagnosed the issue and began work. The electrician was courteous and professional, and worked diligently, replacing several switches and outlet, including 3 2-way switches, thus restoring lights and power to areas of the home that had lost usage. He informed us of potential problems using space heaters as we were currently doing. He spent approximately 2 1/2 hours, and was respectful to the grandchildren who were inquisitive as to his work. Very pleased with the experience and outcome . The total cost was reasonable ($425) for the time spent . We will definitely use them again if the need ever arises.

The job was more complicated than I had anticipated. The electrical service to the house was in need of upgrading as well as the work I initially call to have done. They handled it all very professionally. They contacted the power and light company, made all arrangement, and did the work to get it done correctly. I have recommended them to my son for work on his home.

Hector did a great job tracing down the wires that went back to the main electrical panel and making all the connections to the two rooms of switches, outlets, and 3-way switches. He also quickly repaired a 3-way switch combination in our living. Discussion of price was fair and reasonable. (Diamond Electric never bothered to call us back.)

The guy who actually did the work was fantastic. Unfortunately the first guy who was scheduled to do the work didn't show up at all and never called.

My experience was so positive. Mr. Jack Hinson, the electrician, was competent and courteous, and gets an A+ in my book. Any time I need electrical work in the future, this is the company I will call.

Personable, timely,very good overall experience

We just moved into a new house and had a couple minor electrical issues. ASAP was recommended by the prior owners. They responded quickly and fixed the problems. More importantly, the electrician was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We have projects planned in the near future and will certainly use ASAP for the electrical projects.
