The response and work were great, I got my broken pipe fixed within a day. My only complaint was the price. I received no estimate beforehand, and after a 30 minute fix, the materials were $22 and the labor was $350. I sent a inquiry to the company questioning the labor rate (I was not present when the work was done), and I received zero response, thus, a negative comment from me.

They kept me informed as to when they would arrive and also that they were in route. Work was accomplished quickly and with very good communication.

They spent 4 hours fixing several cuts to my lines google fiber did to it when they installed my cable line

Made an appointment and was late. I called Alex stated he was having vehicle trouble and was getting his truck service. We rescheduled for later same day and he never came. Disappointed.

Alex is very knowledgeable and professional. He was a great help with our older hydraulic sprinkler system that most other companies knew nothing about.

Excellent knowledge and work done, a little pricey

The work done was exceptional. Very professional and courteous. Unfortunately I cannot recommend based on the cost for work completed. There are other companies that will replace a 14 inch pipe in the basement for less than what I was charged. Very sad that I cannot use them in the future because the work done was very good. Review your prices and I may reconsider.

Alex and Mario were absolutely wonderful and renovated our sprinkler system. They kept us informed on our options and got our system working with flying colors. We would absolutely recommend doing business with Pipeline for all your sprinkler system needs.
