I was very impressed with Pipeline Sprinkler Systems. Alex was very professional. He was able to come to my house the very next morning. He quoted me a price to fix the leak I had. In the middle of the repair on my sprinkler system, he found a few more problems than he had first recognized. Alex fixed these for me at no cost, as he stated he had already quoted me his price. I would recommend his services, and I plan on using his company in the future if I would ever need his services again.

Alex was awesome to deal with. He is showed up with his assistant. They both examined the issue, provided a quick estimate and fixed the problem quickly. His assistant noticed other areas of the system not working properly and had he not mentioned it, it would have really did some damage with water leakage and my water bill. Not only would I recommend him to a friend/neighbor, I will go out of my way to promote his work. It's nice to deal with someone who truly is out to save a customer money and time. Great job Alex.

I hired Alex and paid him $700 and the problem didnt get fixed. When I call him he kept delaying visit and look at the issue and told me that doesnt care about reviews as he has more positive reviews. We should expose such providers so people are aware of it and avoid them all together.

The technician (Alex Trawally) explained the use of the system , identified the coverage areas and their respective watering estimates, and made the system ready for use. Alex called me shortly after I submitted my request to your service. He arrived within the time he promised on Saturday He and his associate determined the source of the leak and replaced the malfunctioning part immediately. He also explained why this problem had occured in the first place. We had another service related to our systems we had been planning to address and Alex was able to take care of that as well! (Activating a dormant sprinkler head that was covered by landscaping). They put the sod back in place neatly after digging up the connection. Alex was very kind, respectful and professional at all times.
