The company personnel were incredibly in assessing the problem and how to fix it.

They just installed our new HVAC system today. The technicians were very friendly and efficient too. The salesperson that came out and quoted our job was friendly and answered all my questions. The price was the best of 5 quotes and the equipment is highly rated. I would certainly recommend this company.

If you are like me, and value professionalism, knowledge, and trustworthiness, look no further than JF Denney. I needed a new HVAC system (AC and Furnace). While other companies just asked over the phone for the BTU Rating and the size (2.5ton) to produce a quote, Steve from JF Denney did not want to do it over the phone. He offered to come over right away, and he was at my door in about 12 minutes. He went way further with his evaluation than the other vendors. He measured the current system, the duct work, the clearances, etc. He was so knowledgeable, he could tell me what model number my old unit was just by looking at it from 15 feet away. He was quick, took a lot of notes, explained everything, asked how I wanted the quotes to look (so I could compare apples to apples with the other companies.) He delivered his quotes the next day, well before his promised time of noon. He gave me several options to choose from, and they were each spelled out in great detail. When you know you are dealing with someone like Steve who knows the business and his products so well, you know you are going to have a good experience. We went with JF Denney's quote (it was the best of the three quotes we had gotten), and we were on their schedule in two business days. They had their materials in stock. The installation was completed as promised, and it went very well. The tech came in, took care of everything, cleaned up after themselves and tested everything out. An overall great experience. Top notch sales people, installers, quick response times, and all at a great price. I am sticking with JF Denney for all my future HVAC and Plumbing needs!

We have a couple small problems with our A/C since it was installed. J F DENNY has a service man out that same day ASAP to correct it. I like dealing with them as they are reliable.

Brian was outstanding! He checked the toilets in all three bathrooms to ensure they were flushing properly and informed us of any issues with each toilet. He also made recommendations on the best toilet bowl cleaners to use. Brian was friendly, considerate, and provided excellent service. Great job!

The Excavation Crew came to install a freeze-proof lawn hydrant in my yard. They were great! Very professional and proficient in the excavation and hydrant installation.
