They were upfront and honest about what could be done and kept at the problems until they exceeded my (and their) expectations. My carpets are better than they've EVER been. In addition to completely rehabilitating a shower enclosure, we had our carpets cleaned. They did an excellent job; less intrusive than those of our past experience and very thorough. We are very pleased with US Clean and highly recommend their services.

We have tile floors through out our 12 year old house as well as tile in every shower. They replaced a few cracked tiles in the master shower, removed and reset some tiles in the front entry hall, injected adhesive beneath a few tiles in the garage entry and back entry areas, removed and replaced the grout in all affected areas, and re-coated the sanded caulk in some of the corner areas. They were able to match the existing grout color exactly. They did such a good job that you can not tell anything was ever repaired. They were very neat, friendly and personable. The only complaint I have is not related to their workmanship. He had promised to leave me with a tube of the caulk for future touch ups, and when he forgot to leave it the first day, it took nearly a month to finally get it from him. But otherwise it was a 5 star experience. The quality of work was excellent. I definitely recommend USClean for tile and grout repair projects.
