Delivered the service as promised! Both Mike and Jake are friendly and answered all of my questions. They Cleaned up area around vents on main floor but I found several areas left in the basement. Even though I was cleaning after they left I was surprised to find these areas after the careful attention to detail demonstrated in other areas. I wouldn t hesitate to call them again though.

This was our first time to use this kind of home service. They could not record or take pictures of before and after the duct cleaning. For this reason I was disappointed. They did provide pictures of the bag with the dust & debris. I was not present, my husband was home. He said they were polite, respectful, timely and careful. Our dryer works much more efficiently now. For this I am happy!

They arrived on time and were very efficient and thorough in cleaning and took time to vacuum up after themselves. They showed after the bag and I could see how much dust, dog hair and other debris they pulled from the vents. It was amazing how much they pulled.
