They were prompt, friendly, helpful, and determined to make sure the job was done correctly. The job actually ended up being more complicated because some of the duct work was detached. They fixed all the issues and stuck by their quote despite the extra time and effort.

The guys were great. They courteous, friendly, and did a great job. They also gave great advice about keeping the house free of impurities.

Very professional, yet friendly, explaining process and anwsered every question. Excellent job both on the house and with meeting my availability or lack of. I had to cancel multiple time, they continued to treat me very proffessionally, weren't pushy and I am very thankful. Upon arrival I asked a question about my current filter, anwsered it didnt try to sell or push any items, offered literature only if I wanted it. That being said I am scheduling them to come back in a couple months to do some other testing and I am purchasing some of thier other products! If you want a no nonsense, customer friendly based business who's goal is to meet your needs and your satisfaction then Mike and Jake are the people to call. If you want to waste your time and money, call somebody else!. Definitely using them in the future for all my vent and Duct cleaning needs! Thank you Mike and Jake

Very pleased. Jake & Mike are both very professional. Went over all the work with me, showed me the dryer and how it works now. Even cleaned under dryer for me! Definitely will use again.
