Trouble free and no additional charges

This is my first time working with Simply Water and I was very impressed with the owner, Andrew Walker. He is friendly, professional and courteous. He promptly replied to my request for quote to replace a water heater. He came to my home to see the job first, explained options and provided a very competitive quote. The work was scheduled and performed on time, no problems. I especially appreciate that Andrew is "hands-on" and was on site for the entire job with his employee, Vince. I definitely plan to hire him again. The only issue for me, he does not accept credit cards.
