basement waterproofing
 + -1 moreWe first moved here about three years ago and he was one of the first guys. The number was left for us, so we did it through the homeowners. I contacted him somehow. He came out and he was really knowledgeable and he helped out. It happened again a year and a half ago. I called him again and he never called back. He actually ended up just doing a small fix that I was able to take care of. Just the fact that they never called me back. I just needed him to call me back and he never did. I was assuming that what I have had some warranty of some kind. I was needing him to come back because I thought that it was going to be another pump issue, given I had a prior history with a pump going bad and he replaced it for free. He was very knowledgeable and professional when he was here.
Description of Work: Marathon made adjustments about some water that was coming in the basement. Our back-up system in the basement has went out. He did some repairs for that. The pump over time was sticking and it wasn't activating. He came out and repaired it.
