Description of Work: Earl Russell is my new Bryant authorized dealer for my home HVAC twice a year service contract. Had a great experience, and Kim in the office is wonderful and very helpful. Had to fire my last HVAC contractor and the difference between them and Russell is night and day. I had so many issues with equipment warranty registration and Kim helped me sort them out even before I became a customer. Their service technicians do a very thorough cleaning - they even wax the outside of the furnace. Impressive. Thumbs up!

Description of Work: Complete heating and coolig system replacement and enhancement. Installed a dual fuel high efficient system consisting of a 95% efficient, three stage, variable blower speed gas furnace, a high efficiency 16SEER, two stage heat pump, top of line air purifier, an integrated humidifier, a completely integrated intellegent thermostat / humidistat, and rework of supply ducts for problem areas in the home. Work was done well, the duct rework was a big improvement, and the manner in which the combustion and exhaust lines were layed out was and installed was great and well thought out. Dave Russell (owner) set up a time after install to completely go over the new system and answer any question. We also were able to arrainge for a 10 year parts and labor warranty. This system should serve us well for years to come. I had four bids, and Earl Russell was by far the least expensive, and yet the most responsive. Dave Russell was very paitent with multiple questions over several days while I was in the decision making mode. I got a great system, a great price, and great installation with no need to trade off price for quality.
