"Our cost on the Bryant Factory authorized UV lights is significantly higher that the price you list, also there was no additional labor charged for the installation of the lights. There has been a significant increase in the cost of the UV light in the last two years.Our standard % of markup was applied to the cost. The filter was also at , or very near, the same cost as previous years. I also can find parts online for less than I pay at the Factory Authorized parts distributor in Indianapolis, I am hesitant to use said parts as I am unsure of the quality and I would have no one local to contact if I had a problem ."
He comes twice year; once in the fall and once in the spring to change filters and a belt or anything if it needs it. I have a service plan with them. Each service costs $65. They are really nice people and Jason I have gotten to know pretty well. I always ask for him to come and do my work, including the checking and the cleaning. He is always reliable and he would not lie to me. He was late, but he called ahead anyhow and told me he was going to be late. The best part is he is always going to be here when he says he will be here and he does what he needs to do. He would not tell me I needed something unless it is broken or can't be repaired. He is real reliable and real honest. I think his price is fantastic. I see them advertised for $139 or $149. He has only been late one time. If I do need anything repaired he gives me a 15-percent discount for letting them do the work so I think that is real good. It is a good feature, I think. I have been with him for about 15 years. I don't think you can get any better.
My property manager tried using another company to repair a furnace that was working intermittently but after 3 failed attempts to get it fixed, the technician said that he had to come back a 4th time to replace or unclog the air intake PVC pipe that was in the ceiling. Because I sensed that the technician was misdiagnosing the problem, I then asked my tenant to call Earl Russell Heating and Cooling. The technician arrived shortly after being called and fixed the furnace in about 10 minutes at a very reasonable cost. From now on we will only use Earl Russell Heating and Cooling.
