Response from Control Tech Heating & Air Conditioning Inc
Foremost, I’d like to apologize to the member. The member requested a quote through a NEW program that Angie’s List has started. The information our company was supplied regarding this quote request was very vague. I responded to the customer request, “Thank you for the opportunity to quote you; however, we will need more information. Please contact my office at 317-873-3737 & ask for Mindi.” The next thing I know I have is a poor grade report on Angie’s List. I recently noticed this coming across my email & contacted my previous representative with Angie’s List, to ask him about this program. He stated that it was a new pilot program that they were trying out. I then contacted my current Angie’s List representative & discussed the situation. He asked to have a few days to check into the situation. Once he did return my call, he stated that they had contacted the member, whom said he had not received a reply from my company. He admitted there were some bugs to work out in the program. My primary concern, after hearing from my Angie's List Representatives that the new program had bugs to be worked out, is that the member “did not” receive my response after I replied to his initial quote request the only way that I could. I have no clue where my reply went & now feel my company is being unfairly graded. It was definitely out of my hands after I replied to the member’s request. I would like to once again apologize to the member & to let them know that we do respond to each & every customer request in a timely manner. You can clearly see from our other posts how we take care of our clients. This specific report is the exception & not the rule. Thank You Alan
