Description of Work: Installed new 97% efficient furnace 3/15; installed air conditioning unit & cooling system; performs semi-annual maintenance on heating & cooling systems and has done so for past 10 years or more. All services have been performed in an outstanding manner and the technicians have been invariably kind, courteous and very easy to deal with. I have been and continue to be very pleased with all their work on my historical home in Herron Morton Place.

Description of Work: Our central air conditioner was not cooling the house - AT ALL! We called them right away and were told that they were working from a list - that other people were having the same problem we had and that it might take a day or two to get to us. Surprisingly, not even 2 hours later they called us and said that there was a cancellation right up the street from us, and that someone could be at our house within the half hour. We were overjoyed! He arrived and diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes. We ended up buying a service contract and saving money on this original call. Kudos for helping us out so quickly!
