They went above and beyond, opened up A/C and sprayed out and even took their shoes off when coming into my house. Very good experience.

They do a really good job. They take the time to analyze what the problem is. They are competitive in their pricing, and we feel they have given us good service. They seem to really know what they're doing with the boiler.

I called them monday and they came out right away and gave an estimate. They told me that they could come on Wednesday and they fixed it on Tuesday instead. I was very pleased.

We didn't have them do the work. The long story is that we had just had a new heat pump installed and were VERY unhappy with the company that did the work. After weeks of not hearing from them, I decided not to call them about this small leak. But, I knew that they had checked that R-22 stuff, and while they could very well have read it incorrectly, I didn't think that was it. So, my husband and I decided that we could put a little caulk around a pipe ourselves and save $115. And the leak did stop. The gentleman was punctual, friendly and professional. It's just that I can't pay someone $115 for caulk.

Control Tech comes to my house twice per year to clean, tune, and identify any issues with my furnace and A/C. This spring, the technician spent over an hour testing my A/C, cleaning the unit, and testing it. He was very professional, arrived a little early, and even identified that I had a slight leak in my water heater which sits next to the furnace. He put booties over his shoes to make sure he didn't track dirt into the house.

The technicians are punctual and spend a fair amount of time (1-1 1/2 hours) performing a routine check of the system. There is no pressure for extra work to be performed. A great feature of their service is an exact appointment time (no 4 hour window!).

Work was done promptly and all technicians involved were courteous and professional. I have used this company for many years.

There was an issue with the price, but they resolved it by waiving the questionable cost.

The thing that impressed me the most was that the installer told me that my basement crawlspace was really wet. He was concerned about that, so he called out someone else from the company to look at it and tell us how to improve it. He went back to the office and did some research and called me back and told me I should contact a gutter company. I appreciated him doing that. So hopefully we can solve some problems that we had. I thought they went above and beyond for doing that.

They were on time, very professional and took their time to listen to my concerns and repair the unit. Everything is working well now, and a noise that we had for years is gone.

Mark arrived early and did a fine job. He did not seem terribly expert when answering a couple of my questions, but he was very nice and conscientious, putting on and taking off shoe covers every time he entered and left the house.

Jim (the salesman), came out and looked over my entire system. He picked up on 2 things, that two previous companies didn't find. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and didn't knock the competition. I signed the contract two days latter and within one week the work had begun. Jasen and Devon arrived on time to install the units. They were outstanding representatives for the company. I'm very satisfied with the entire project, equipment and price. I'll definitely recommend to friends.

It was OK, they said they'd be at my house at 10:00 & didn't arrive until 12:30. The labor was $75 & the parts were $75 which seemed a little pricey, given the repair.

John from Control Tech arrived promptly in the morning and removed 3 sections of the duct. Later in the day, he called to see if the plumber was finished. The plumber was running late, so Control Tech could not get to the replacement of the duct until late afternoon. I called when the plumber was finished, and John arrived with a helper in a few minutes. They reinstalled the duct and did a great job. I appreciate their concern and efficiency in getting their portion of the work done so I would have air conditioning for the evening. I have used Control Tech for other work in the past and have always been very pleased with their service.

It took some time but they replaced the whole thing for free. I was pleasantly surprised I thought they did a terrific job.

Jim, the salesman, took lots of time to help me determine what I needed and came out during installation and recommended how to get the best performance from the system. Intallers were great guys to work with and left the area neat and clean. The system seems to work as expected.

Our system is over 20 years old and we feared that whoever we called would find all sorts of things wrong with it and try to sell us a new unit, or at least charge an arm and a leg to fix it. The problem was noticed on Friday evening and Control Tech came out on Sat. orning (no extra week-end service fee.) The problem was fixed and the entire experience was fantastic. They didn't recommend anything that wasn't necessary and were polite, professional and informative. We will definitely use them again!

I called on July 28 and asked to get an estimate for a new furnace and air conditioner. I left my name and number and was told that someone would call me back later that day. As of August 11 (2 weeks), no one has returned my call.

Control Tech is locally owned and operated and seem very responsive to the needs of their customers. I would recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy service for heating or cooling needs.

He took our air conditioner completely apart tested it for freon. He was very professional and prompt. When he went back in to write up the bill it was $128. When I explained I was quoted $59.95 he took out a pen and crossed out the price and only charged $59.95 after he called the office. Literally 3 hours after I called, my a/c was working great.

Control Tech reaffirms our belief that great service companies still exsist in this age of disappearing customer service. It began with representative Jim Bridges during the process of securing multiple estimates. The competing heating & cooling companies should require their salespeople to watch a tape of this guy in action. Jim is courteous, helpfull, informative & responsive to calls. The installation crew was top shelf. In addition to a good looking installation of the heat pump & fan coil, they made the extra effort typical of true professionals by covering carpets & furniture as they took out the old equipment & installed the new. No clean up was required after they left. Spotless! We are very impressed with Control Tech & will recommend them highly.

They came out and checked the pressure. They do excellent work. We use them regularly.

These people were great. They were prompt, explained everything regarding the estimate, workers very professional and courteous. I was very impressed.
