We have used this company for years and will continue to do so. They do conscientious repairs. They did an excellent job on our home, listened to our concerns and addressed them professionally. Our biggest worry was continued water leakage, which has not been a problem, but they communicated well with us doing exactly as they said they would and let us understand all of our options.

Now we have a very nice, new looking air conditioner. We received a very good presentation when they came for the estimate. They gave us choices and options about the size of the unit and the house and general information on newer air conditioners. He came out when we both could be here. He spent a quality amount of time on this job. I feel for all the work done the cost was very appropriate. There was a small problem with the unit that needed to be repaired. We called on a Sunday and they came out that day, diagnosed and explained the problem well and fixed it promptly. We were very happy with the service. It was nice to know that they would not forget about us after they had our money.

Visit was fine. Joe informed me of the overcharged situation and options. Also explained service plan and repeatedly showed "advantages" of discounts on this and future services (humidifier, duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning). I declined, but still debating. Did notice technician got a small spot of mud on every fourth step (must have taken 2 steps at a time) and through the hallway and into my office. Could see exactly where in footstep the mud was and I had to clean up afterwards. Put quality as B only for this reason.

We have a service contract with them which includes two visits a year.

He was prompt, courteous and the price was very affordable, I'd use him again. I'll call him to come out and clean everything next year. I can see why they have the reputation that they do.

When the sales representative comes out, request a load analysis (where they take information about the size, and construction features of the house to approximate the heating and cooling demand to properly size the heating and cooling equipment for the home). They did a good job and we would use them again.

Matt was prompt and professional. I used the Angie's List coupon and saved $25. There is a 30 day warranty on this service call - I really hope I don't have to use it. I recommend them and will contact Control Tech in the future.

I have used them for many years. We have had many different service men who have come out, and they have all been great.

Overall, it was a good investment and a great experience having Jeremy and Joshua replace our heat pump and all the components mentioned above. What we will remember most are the two representatives that performed such an excellent job and showed such maturity and professional behavior for such young men. Both my wife and I have extensive supervisory and managerial experience and were very impressed by their work ethics. The two young men were very competent in what they had to do; displayed very good team work and performed high quality work. My wife and I appreciate their friendly and polite behavior which left a very favorable impression. We would recommend Control Tech very highly, particularly the two young men that installed our new system.

Excellent. Work was performed in a timely manner and very professional. I would recommend them. I got a competing quote which was $2400 higher.

Every aspect was performed quite well, from scheduling to completion. The technician was experienced and well trained.

The installation was worked around my schedule. The removal of the furnace left a big hole in the closet floor which was covered and made safe. Every effort was made to use existing duct work. They worked well with a plummer in regards to the hot water heater. Installation was finished in 3 days and thank goodness the weather was good during this time. I can highly recommend Jim Bridges and his crew from Control Tec in Zionsville, IN.

When I called them, they showed up within a couple of hours when everyone else was booked. They coupon from Angie's List was nice too.

THEY CAME OUT THAT DAY SO THEY ARE TIMELY.

They always call to confirm the appoint and let me know that they're on the way. They're very prompt and knowledgeable and it's a pleasure working with them.

I used Control Tech based on their reputation on Angie's List. Things were fine until the last visit. The tech performed the service and asked if I wanted to sign up for another 3-visit maintenance plan. I did, and wrote out a check for that amount and gave it to him. He gave me a receipt with my check number noted on it and noted he'd received payment; I got copies. A few weeks later I got a phone call from the office; the caller stated they had not received payment. I told her I had a receipt from their employee. She acknowledged they had the receipt but that "you must have not given him the check, or kept it somehow"!! This insulting suggestion was followed by a request for another check and suggestion to cancel my first check (my bank charges $30 typically) with no offer to pay for what was their fault in losing the check in the first place. Thank god I didn't pay the guy in cash, or I'd be paying twice; as it is they want me to pay an extra $30 for their incompetence!!

They originally thought they were supposed to come out on Tuesday, and when they weren't here yet on Monday I gave them a call, this is when they were supposed to come out. They then came out within two hours to take my unit out and were back on Friday to reinstall it. This coordinated out very well with the other work that I was needing to have done at the same time. I'd highly recommend them for any HVAC work.

The technician arrived when scheduled and checked both the AC and the furnace. He cleaned and re-set our furnace filter. He also confirmed that our furnace and return air system was cobbled together and that's why we can't find filters that fit! He recommended a service plan and we decided it was worth the piece of mind to have the system checked and cleaned every six months.

I CALLED BECAUSE I WANTED A NEW AC. IT WAS PROBABLY A COMMUNICATION ERROR, BUT THEY GUY STILL CHARGED ME FOR A TRIP. HE DID GIVE ME THE $25 DISCOUNT FOR MENTIONING ANGIE'S LIST. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

He did a great job and got the squirrel out while keeping it alive. He also repaired the flue and did an excellent job with that too! The technician was very creative in coming up with a solution to the problem, especially since he was dealing with a live animal. I'd highly recommend him to others!
