$250 was on the repair; it did not include the routine maintenance work. I'm commenting on Ralph; I found him to be an excellent worker and very honest and trustworthy. And in addition, with the air conditioning not working, he could have told me just about anything and I would have believed it, but it turned out be a small problem.

I called to request a service call. The tech came the same day and arrived exactly at the scheduled time. There was only a minor problem,which he fixed very quickly. He was very pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable when I asked questions about possible replacement units.

Greg explained everything in detail. He is very familiar with these systems. He took care to wear covers on his shoes so that he wouldn't track any dirt into the house.

They are very thorough when they come and they assist my schedule since I work during the day and they are very pleasant. Ask for a senior discount if your age 50 or over they have one.

Unfortunately, this experience did not go well. I've had a maintenance agreement with the company for a couple of years, but this is the first major repair I've needed. The tech who came out to replace the first part couldn't figure out where the part. He did, however, correctly guess that there was probably a bigger problem in the exchange. The 2nd appointment I made was not honored because Matt apparently forgot to put me on the schedule when I called. He wanted to push out the reschedule a couple of weeks, but I had to insist that he find something sooner as this was his error and the water leak had worsened (water was pooling under the electronic air sensor). The tech who did the major repair was not able to get the furnace cover back on (now only 2 screws holding it rather than 4) and broke the vent on the cover. There was no cleanup effort; left debris scattered all over utility room, including under the furnace.

The fellows from Control Tech, Jeremy and Curtis, arrived one morning to replace the HVAC system with the new geo unit. They relocated the new system to a location in my basement that would optimize the performance of the system and allow more open floor space. They realigned all the main HVAC ductwork and isolated the new unit with special duct connectors to eliminate noise and/or vibration within the HVAC system. All this extra care and work is just part of a normal installation for this company, very refreshing to deal with folks of this caliber. After the yard was trenched and the underground piping installed, the Control Tech folks were back to connect all the pipes. They installed everything and spent time thoroughly explaining the operation of the new system and checking all aspects of the system's performance. When they left, I was confident the system was installed correctly and running efficiently. Jim Bridges, the Sales Rep. was on site every day to help where he could.

Everything went very well from the salesman coming out and answering our questions to the installation.

The job went very well. The service was professional, and well done. Technician went over in Layman's terms a description of the problem, and pointed out possible other problems to watch for.

Job 1: The technician did an excellent job servicing our furnace. Job 2: They did an excellent job and were responsive to any follow up questions.

They are prompt and courteous. Whenever we've had anything that we've concerns about the furnace (even if it wasn't about the service that they did) they have been very prompt at responding. They also give good advice and have good judgment. I think that their employees are well trained. We will continue to use them.

We have a geothermal heating system which most companies aren't familiar with. I feel that they understand it pretty well, which I think is good. I think their prices are very competitive with other companies. The approximate is for an annual contract for two service visits.

I have them come out twice a year. They have been outstanding. They are polite, timely & I will continue to use them.

Although I was still without heat, I was very pleased with the responsiveness and the effort made by Anthony to get the problem identified.

Came out and provided same day quote, work scheduled for 1 week later. Arrived punctually although it took a while longer (3-4 hours) to install the humidifier than quoted. Very happy with humidifier so far! Cleaned up before they left.

They were good, very friendly and I would use them again.
