I would definitely recommend their service agreement. I've had to call them before when my furnace wasn't working in the wintertime. They'd give me advice over the phone. They're so professional, and always remove their shoes. I cannot say enough about them. They are always great. Ryan was the service tech out here the last time.

They came out, did the service, and the guy found a problem in my air conditioner. It had been frozen, so he thawed it. I had left the filter in too long, which caused the problem. They fixed it at no charge, even though it was my fault they had to come.

I called because my furnace wasn't working properly when it got really cold. Control Tech came out and said it was dirty, not broken. I paid for a 3 visit maintenance package and it is working great. They came out for the 2nd maintenance trip and spent over an hour cleaning and checking. I was a little short of Freon, so they added it and gave me a 15% discount because of the Maintenance Agreement.
