Technician arrived on time. Performed a complete system maintenance check-up to include: checking gas pressure, cleaned burners, cleaned flame sensor, checked fan and controls, blower motor, cleaned air filter, checked thermostat, etc.

They did a great job. They were cheaper then our previous company. They were very efficient. They cleaned up any mess. They were very professional. We also had a humidifier put on. The system works great.

They are good over all. They called to set the schedule for the annual inspection. They arrived at the scheduled time. They are very knowledgeable and gave me some good information last time on what possibly repairs I might need in the future.

They checked everything, even the a/c.

They came out and cleaned all the electronic air filters. They changed the pads in the humidifiers. They showed up when they said they would. They cleaned up any mess. They did the job in the time they said they would. They are honest and reliable.

They are a very good company. When you extend your service contracts by multiple years, they give you a break in price. They are always very kind and thorough. They always answer my questions. I sometimes ask a lot of questions. They do a very good job on the cleaning of the inside and outside of the heat pump.

They are prompt, polite, and have always been very satisfied with them.

The experience has been just fine. They show up when they are supposed too and have done a thorough job. They send us reminders and things like that. Their prices are pretty fair.

I've used this company for my routine seasonal maintenance since I bought my home in 2001. All of my experiences have been awesome. Everyone that has ever come to my home has been personable, knowledgeable and very professional. Kudos to them for calling and reminding me when they are coming. I really appreciate that!

Great. I have used this company for many, many years. Did not know they were on Angie's List, so I am reporting now. I have every confidence and trust in their work. I was told my gas line might not be grounded and needed to call an electrician. They even may a "free" call to make sure this was true. Called an electrician and found neither the water or gas lines were grounded. Thanks to them for thinking of everything. I believe the concern has come out because of some fires recently in Carmel, and they were asked by their management to question this on their service calls. Thanks to them, everything is okay now.

This company has been taking care of my HVAC for, maybe 30 years, at my west side house and, now, my NE side condo. Most of the time its been servicing our maintenance contract, but they have also done more major repairs of heater and air conditioning unit. Over the years I've dealt with many different techs and without exception would say they were knowledgeable and helpful. I got a kick out of this most recent one who tried his best to find my cost savings, discounts, coupons, etc. Always polite. Scrupulous about wearing boot coverings when entering the house.

These guys are great - every time! I purchased the Fall/Spring package for my new home. The technician wore his blue booties in the house, was right on time and in no rush to leave until all questions were answered. I asked him to explain the system to me (especially the humidifier, the filters). He told me how to clean the filters and how frequently, explained how the humidifier worked and showed me how to use the dial upstairs. He also provided hints for improving heat levels upstairs in my old home. He cleaned the filters thoroughly and explained the duct work in my basement, even showing me how to open and shut the flow between rooms using little levers on the duct work. He told me someone purchased an expensive and efficient heating system years ago (the one I currently have) and that the original duct work was impressive in its quality. He stayed over an hour on task. At my old home (currently a rental unit they also serviced this Fall), I've called them in the middle of the night on two occasions when the heat has gone out and they've shown up immediately. I'm always impressed with their price and quality! I've recommended them since Alan first opened his business a long time ago.

The technician was very knowledgeable. He took off his boots and wore booties while in my house. He even was willing to explain things and answer questions. It was a very good experience.

Fine; we called and made a convenient appointment; they come on time, they checked everything and we are ready to go!

They were very prompt and did what they said they were going to do. They were dependable and they knew what they were talking about. I would hire them again in the future.

He told me that I need a new motor. The tech that came out was polite and did the job well. He didn't try to sell me a new motor, just told me the prognosis and gave me a ball park estimate for replacing the motor. I have a contract with them so I've already paid for the service. The tech did forget to flip a switch when he left so I didn't have heat this morning, but my son took care of it so I didn't have to call them back.

It is hard to schedule a visit, but they are accommodating in trying to schedule you in. The service men are efficient and do a good job.

We took over an annual service contract with this company when we purchased our home. They came to service our heating unit for the winter, and replaced filters. They also told us about renewing the contract, and about a new piece of equipment we needed, but just offered information and didn't pressure us. The worker was professional, friendly, on time, and thorough. We've already renewed our contract for next year.

Repairman actually called day before appointment and was in area and asked to come over which was fine since I was home. He was very polite and wore shoe coverings as he has to go in and out. He did all the general fall furnace maintenance and even spoke to my husband on the phone, as he has some questions. As he was leaving he recommended that we leave the blower in the "on " position all of the time as it would heat and cool our home more effectively. We have lived here for 5 years and have had an ongoing problem keeping the upper and lower floors and appropriate temperature in our 3 story home. This was good to know!

They were great and we were pleased with them. They were professional and they got the job done in a timely manner. They went above and beyond. I would recommend them.

Overall I really liked them as each person seemed to be doing their best work. They did have to come back on day 2 as they had crossed the wires from the 2 zones causing 64 degrees cooling in my family room. They came back and fixed this fast and cheerfully. A week later one of the automatic zones went "bad" and they fixed this the next day too (cheerfully). The only negatives were that everyone smelled of cigarette smoke and they didn't do a great job of cleaning up. However I did feel confident in the company and liked all the gentlemen who came to work on the job. I do wish it could have been the same crew rather than a different crew each time. The person who gave the quote said he would be there to check the work after, but someone else came. I think he must have been on vacation.

Crew did a great job. Jim came and gave an estimate. I added some items after estimate, and felt the additional work was reasonably priced. Also signed up for maintenance plan - maintenance was performed on time and efficiently. Will hire again.
