Everything has been very good. I have been pleased with them. There have only been a couple of minor issues, such as when they tried to walk me through a repair by phone but the repair did not work, so they came back out the next day. They hadn?t been terribly clear by phone but were able to make the repair in person, although they did charge me an $80 service call fee for that. They are very professional and very friendly. I have been happy and will continue to use them.

Our furnace was not functioning properly. I called a few companies from Angie's List. Brad Odom came out to give an estimate. I was very impressed with Brad. He did not pressure me nor did he attempt to seek out other company's estimates. The other companies did, which was a very big turn-off to me. Brad was the most professional of all who gave estimates. He spent time answering all my questions, and was not rushed. We had a recommendation to use Control Tech from someone we know and they had also serviced our old furnace in the past. Each Control Tech service tech was honest with me in the past. Because of this and my interaction with Brad, I went with them. Because the furnace not operating all the time, they fit me in the schedule for the next day. One tech (Adam) showed up but was pulled from the job, because he was needed on another job. This did concern me because he had already unhooked the furnace. He explained to me what was going on but I did not receive a call from the office as to when there would be another tech show. (This was my only concern with the installation process. I am very big on communication. Front office take note please.) Kent showed about an hour later. Then an assistant showed (Andrew). They both worked very hard. Andrew had to work outside in frigid weather and the attic. Kent explained every step to me. I was very impressed with his service and work ethic. And I am proud of the work that Andrew did despite the temperatures. Late in the day, they ran into a problem with the drainage pipe for the furnace. They maintained their composure and a cheerful disposition. (I know they had to be aggravated and tired.) Because the drainage pipe problem could not be corrected without pulling the furnace, a condensing pump was installed at no cost to me. The workmanship was excellent. As a result, we have decided to go ahead with the purchase of a high efficiency air conditioner which will be installed when the weather clears up. Once again when dealing with Brad on this purchase, he was very patient, addressing my concerns and questions. Once the unit is installed, I will inform you members of this experience. By the way, although a small company, I found their prices to be competitive with the big name companies. The difference is that Control Tech appears to be concerned about you as a client and not your money. I highly recommend Control Tech to all.

I feel like I can really count on Control Tech. Last year, I got a live animal caught in my furnace and when I called them, they sent a gentleman out who was willing to try to get the animal out. He successfully created a contraption to get the live squirrel safely out of my furnace and let it go outside. He saved me quite a bit of money, since I didn't have to resort to hiring a separate animal removal company. Currently, my heating exchange in my furnace is cracked and I plan to have them install a new furnace and AC unit for me. I expect it will go smoothly.

They were recommended to me. They put in a new heating and air conditioning system about a year ago. They did a great job. I think they do the duct cleaning too.

They installed the system several years ago. They are professional and responsive. They have a technical guy that I have had over a few times when there have been some problems. He didn?t do all the work - he is the one that they send when there is a complication. He is outstanding and he does good follow up too.

The come out and check the systems 3 time a year and if I have a service call I get a reduced rate because of the contract. They generally perform routine maintenance during the 3 service calls, which don?t cost me extra. They are very good at making the appointments to service it and confirming it before they show up and the day before usually. They are on time if not early and they do a great job.

They were testing my defrost system and it continued to ice-up and act funny. I took some photos and emailed them to him. As soon as he saw them, he had a technician come out within 30 minutes. They corrected the problem immediately and they needed to tweak the system a little. I've been very pleased with the company, specifically the service manager, Randy. The technicians are very helpful, polite and courteous. Even my salesman, Jim Bridges, who sold me my unit in April, is very helpful and gave his cell phone number for me to call. I spent $2000 more to go from my old company to this company. It was the best money I ever spent and they take great care of their clients. I could never imagine leaving this company! I've been with them since April and in such a short time, it's been a great experience.

They are thorough, check inside and outside, and their report is actually legible! They are very friendly, considerate of my home, and always clean up after themselves. I like that they are a smaller company- they seem to do a better job.

We elected to replace both units since they were 24 years of age and were not heating and cooling properly. Therefore we obtained several bids from HVAC companies. We have a contract with Control Tech the past two years to provide scheduled maintenance service to our HVAC systems. Jim from Control Tech provided a very detailed quote with three choices (best, better, good) units to select from. Jim was knowledgeable of the products, very customer oriented and was always available to repond to any questions we had. The units were installed within a week. The installer Jeremy completed the work in two days, explained how to operate the equipment, and cleaned -up the work area.

He was very professional and polite. He was very to test the system thoroughly before he left, and cleaned up perfectly. Wore shoe covers every time he came inside, which I appreciated.

I find them reasonably priced and they stand by the work that they do. I will use this company in the future.

Brad the salesman came to the house 2 or 3 times to explain our options to us. Our daughter has had asthma in the past, and we were concerned about the air cleaner. He was very patient and informative. We could not be happier with the quality of the work. All the work was done in three days. If it hadn't rained, they would have finished in two days. They were clean, polite, and unobtrusive. They left the furnace room cleaner than they found it and were careful not to break or nick anything in the house even though they had to saw apart the old furnace and lug it upstairs. We are very pleased.

The overall experience was very good. He quoted a furnace with the options I wanted. There was no sales pressure on his part. His quotation was about 5% higher than a competitor's quotation on an equivalent product, so I elected to go with the competitor's quote. I would consider Control Tech in the future if the need arises.

We've had the contract for a couple of years. They are professional and they always send out a little postcard that says we are due for service, because we just can't remember. They are really good about scheduling and they are flexible.

I have been using them for 6-7 years. Their prices are good. They send reminders for cleaning and maintenance work. The office is always polite whenever I call. I have signed a yearly contract where they come twice annually to clean and a discount is applicable for spare parts.

It has been a year, and they did a good job. They had to come back to adjust the furnace, but they did not charge for it and everything turned out well. Although we did not comparison shop, we were happy with what they did. They were responsive to our needs, and we would use them again.

It went really well and I have used them for awhile. They are really good about replacing filters. They have an annual service plan, which I think is a good value. If any problems pop up, they provide their services at a discount. They do the routine maintenance in the spring and fall. I think their price is fair.

brought the part needed for the humidifier, cleaned and serviced all units and also did not try to sell me a new furnace filter when I did not need it, instead, informed me the filter looked good and I could wait until spring to replace it. That speaks highly for this company as they do not try to make extra money when not nec. Thank you for that.

The work was done about a year ago, and so I don?t remember the details much. However, they must have been one of the best in terms of pricing because it would have been a big concern for us.
