Description of Work: CALLED THIS COMPANY AFTER AN ELECTRICIAN TOLD US THAT OUR PROBLEM WAS OUR A/C UNIT. MICHAEL SHIPLEY CHECKED OUT OUR A/C UNIT AND SAID IT WAS FINE AND THAT THE PROBLEM CAME FROM OUR FUSE BOX. HE NOT ONLY DID NOT CHARGE US FOR HIS SERVICE CALL, BUT ALSO HELPED US DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. IT WAS AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM WHICH ONE ELECTRICIAN SAID DID NOT EXIST. WE EVEN HAD IPL CHECK US OUT. IT WAS A BREAKER PROBLEM. WE ARE VERY GRATEFUL TO THIS MAN AND THIS COMPANY WHICH PROVIDED SUPER SERVICE. WE WILL DEFINITELY HIRE THEM TO SERVICE OUR A/C. THIS OCCURRED DURING THE HEAT WAVE WE RECENTLY HAD. EACH TIME WE TURNED ON OUR A/C, OUR MAIN BREAKER WOULD BE TRIPPED.
